Ordered through uber. Chicken was like rock and cold bread is rotten. Very disappointed on the service and food. I wanted to call before I post this review but no number. Sorry guys wouldn't be recommending to friends and family.

Understand the store is busy but you need to arrange staff in advance

I ordered a large ej bites and instead they gave me tenders. If there were no ej bites they could've at least told me so before giving me my order and me taking it home. What's worse is they only gave me 5 tenders which isn't even the same value as what I paid. Rip off

The chicken is really good and definitely recommend to all.

The only caveat for this specific store is to avoid during rush times as the food is usually delayed and staff make mistakes like missed items. Today, I waited 30+ minutes for takeaway to be ready!

Despite this, the chicken is worth it!

One of the poorer of the franchise that I've visited. The chicken was very dry and the chips were barely cooked. I left half of my chicken and chips. Wouldn't stop here again. Staff were friendly despite the food.

Went there a few times. It's one of the best charcoal chicken I ever have. Great atmosphere. Love those green all around.

The cleanliness is commendable and adds to the overall comfort of the place. But what truly elevates the experience is the friendly and welcoming staff. Their warm demeanor and attentiveness make each visit feel like a homecoming.

El Jannah at Broadmeadows Central continues to maintain its standard of excellence. For anyone craving delectable charcoal chicken paired with that irresistible garlic sauce, this place remains a top choice. It's reassuring to know that amidst changing times, some things, like the fantastic taste and welcoming ambiance at El Jannah, remain constant.

Someone urgently needs to train the staff to remove gloves between handling the bins and then serving food. The young man in question proceeded to touch his face and other surfaces like removing chips from the hot oil and opening and closing doors whilst handling a garbage bin in hand.

The staff were very nicely asked to please change gloves after changing the bin liners before serving food, unfortunately this was not seen.

This is probably a common practice in fast food scene, but very disappointing to see in a place that should be slightly better than KFC, Maccas and Hungry Jacks.

Love love love the chicken roll here. Our regular place to get charcoal grilled chicken as well.

I have been a regular client for many years, but I'm not recommending the Broadmeadows branch. The customer service is not good, and the waiting time as well

Been to El Jannah, Broadmeadows, a few times now. The food is undoubtedly great. Good price, good serving size! They have a large area so you won't feel too much crammed into the space. It's a good option for family get togethers. Plus, the location is really amazing.

What they should improve though is, their service. They always seem to be short of team members. Often you'll have to run after that one person who's almost doing everything for the patrons sitting in the restaurant - from serving the food, to cleaning the tables, etc.etc.

First time there this weekend and what a surprise. I went with my girlfriend and the food and service was excellent. The fried chicken was so crunchy and tasty. I highly recommend this place. It is a must.

Went to El Jannah Broadmeadows today, stood at the register waiting for 5 minutes while 3 working were about 4 metres to the side from me having a chat. They looked at me multiple times and knew I was there clearly waiting to be served but ignored me and didn’t serve me. I then just turned around and walked out frustrated as anybody would be. The food is good but the customer service is horrible. Definitely don’t recommend going inside the drive thru might be better.

Delicious food, especially the garlic sauce with the chicken is the signature item we like. Good place to visit with family.

First time I went and I liked it, delicious food, I enjoyed it a lot and without a doubt I would like to repeat the experience
