It was our first time here, but they were overcharged us and we have waited for an hour and half but our food never comes. We have been telling the female staff we have ordered the food but she keeps telling us to wait! Then we decided to leave and asked for a refund for the food.

The staff in the counter basically saying it was our problem coz the female staff is new so we have to tolerate theirs poor management and service.

Very disgusted by this poor services.

The bottomless drinks package paired with the Shisha is top tier! The service is incredible. Drinks are fantastic. Music/ vibes are great! Can't recommend this place enough! Thank you for this all round perfect experience:)

Highly recommend. Fun vibe with good shisha and food. Read some negative reviews and wasn’t expected the best service but the staff is very welcoming. Honestly think half of the 1 star reviews are from cheap stakes if you don’t have money stay home:) MUST VISIT 5 STARS!

Not a good experience. Asked for recommendations and got one suggestion, which we tried. It tasted fake and not flavorful at all. When we inquired, the young woman working told us there was no flavor because it was herbal… and then she told us that it was nicotine free. We weren’t told either of these things when we asked for recommendations and were given one suggestion. We said we didn’t want to continue and we were offered no alternatives after spending $40, so we just left. Will never be back and will never recommend.

It was the worst experience I ever had for such overpriced tag. Disappointed considering the over-rated reviews however the shisha was not packed properly, staff not responding to customers and not sure what they think about but they are doing really bad customer service. The food menu was decent and so were the drinks but overpriced like every other.

I’d give zero stars if I could to this place! Absolutely pathetic service and extremely disrespectful staff and management. We ordered 2 shisha sand both of them were not the right flavours. Extremely cold and minty! The staff agreed that they don’t wash their shisha instruments daily and that there is nothing they can do if we’re complaining that the shishas are the wrong flavours! We asked for our money back because we were literally there for barely 10-15 mins before all this started and were told to wait for the manager who was by the way sitting on the next table and witnessing it all! He made us wait for approx 25 mins and then came over and denied us our money too! Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic! Such a waste of $100! Never going back

I would give a zero star if that was an option.
We ordered two shisha’s, both the flavours were a joke. Shisha’s tasted burnt and they were dirty. Nothing like the flavours ordered. When we asked the staff if they could help sort it out. We were told it is what it is. They were not willing to do anything about it. We’ve been a regular customer for the past year and to be treated like this was very sad. Waited 20 minutes to talk to a manager whose only response was we have no refund policy.
Stay away from this place we left $95 out of pocket and extremely disappointed.

Food was really bad. The flavour of the shisha was the worst ever, it literally taste like nothing. I went there because the reviews were good, but if you can go somewhere else plese do. This is an expensive really bad place.

Had one of the worst shisha here and when requested to change they said we already touched it so they couldn't change it?

Me and my friend brought a shisha here and we ordered Apple Kiwi Mint. When we got it it tasted like Paan. So we told the staff here that we didn’t like it cause we don’t like Paan. The staff then said to us that there’s no Paan in it, but me and my friend know there’s Paan cause we can clearly taste it! We kept asking him to change it but clearly he wouldn’t for no reason. Bad service and definitely wouldn’t recommend!
