Paid $55 for a diagnostic fee and have been waiting nearly 3 months for a repair quote to come through. If you have don't have any intentions of fixing my car then please refund me the $55 fee. You have my number.

Response to the owner: How can you forget already? You know who I am because we have been texting each other. You definitely have not sent me a quote as you don't have my email and I only provided you my mobile phone number, which you texted multiple times to.

Brought in two cars into this shop to get a serviced done, got a very good quote that I was very happy with.got both cars dropped off to me in with both of them washed and cleaned inside and out as well. Would highly recommend this place 10/10 service and customer service.

Had my car there for RWC inspection, as many positive comments and 5 stars reviews.unfortunately I was very disappointed with the result and experience.
I left my car there in the early morning on 10/08, and when I came back to collect my car in the afternoon at 3: 40pm, my car was not in the workshop.
I was kept waiting for more than an hour, my car came back at 5pm from somewhere else.

The result was unsuccessful to pass RWC inspection. As:
1.rain wipers need replacement. ($40, I did replace it 2 days ago. It is brand new)
2.headlights need polish because of old oxidised layer of yellow plastic. ($50)
3.hand brake needs adjustment as lifting too high. ($50)
4.front brake discs needs replacement as the thickness is 17.9mm less than 19mm minimum. ($135 per rotor X2 + $100 labour)
I was quoted to get all jobs done with RWC for $600 after discount. (make you feel like good BARGAIN)

I decided to replace rotors myself, and ordered new rotors from SCA.
Day after, when I removed all froT wheels, old brake discs and measured up the thickness of the rotors, both are 21mm, still plenty left.

In order to approve my judgement was right, I booked RWC inspection with another auto service. Took my car there at 8 am on 13/08, just in one hour, I got result that my car passed RWC test, and both front rotors are 20.9mm, I was right. Nothing wrong with rain wiper, headlights, handbrake, front brake discs.

Shout out to Andrew and Chris, amazing service, really professional.
Overall, 10/10, highly recommended!
