Great room. Clean and fresh feeling. Staff were great. Easy parking and location is close to everything.

Great little find in Warrnambool. Good value, perfect location and extremely lovely helpful staff. Immaculate, quiet surroundings and comfy bed. Will be back.

The room was very modern, but the bathroom didn't match even though it was an awesome shower.

Room clean and had everything we needed for a couple of nights. Location great. Easy walking distance to Macey's Bistro. Bed was the most comfortable we had slept in at any motel. Matt was an amiable host. We didn't meet Tam, but it was probably her that gave us a lovely wave. All in all a great stay and would recommend. Didn't mention that the location is quiet, despite being close to Raglan Parade/Princes Highway.

Needs electric blankets. Clean, room, very friendly receptionist, & helpful. Hard to find the entrance to it.

We enjoyed a warm and comfortable stay on a cold wet weekend. Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was super-clean and well-appointed. There is a lovely little botanical park right opposite behind the old stone wall.

Look it's not 5 star, but every time I go to Warrnambool for work, I'll stay again if I can. Very neat, clean rooms and close to plenty of stuff if I want to walk for dinner, brekkie etc. Punching well above its weight here.

Lovely, clean rooms. We got here later than expected but received a welcoming text from the owners at 4pm on our way who let us know where to find our room and key.

Great location but most importantly managed well! We enjoyed this property as it’s run professionally (family run business). Clean and the owners are very accommodating and helpful. Love it!

Great hosts, stayed in an upstairs double. Queen bed, (no complaints re comfort), plenty of pillows, available power points for devices, quiet split system heating,

Close to town, walking distance to Main Street.
Secure parking, plenty of space.

Internet it doesn’t work. Also I had a problem with my leg that I can’t use stairs, wasn’t available a room in the first floor. Avoid this place. Really noisy outside my room.

Very nice accommodation, the New Managers are wonderful and very helpful.
We were a group of 12 with 8 motorcycles and the accommodation was very safe.
Walking distance to the Main Street and Flagstaff Hill.

Loved this quintessential retro vibe motel. Front of house staff were lovely and the rooms are impeccable.did I mention how clean they were. Definitely will be back. Close to everything.

Excellent and friendly service. They were so helpful. We stayed there a month ago on business. We had an event in Warrnambool with our Food Truck The Greek Stop. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave us access to power and water for our food truck and organized on site parking. Will definitely stay there again next time. Highly recommend.

Clean, close to town, comfy beds and great shower. Staff very helpful in providing local information. Need hooks in bathroom and a bigger TV.
