Eiffel Tower

I placed an order 6 weeks ago for an 11: 00am pickup. Today being Christmas Eve was super busy, the line was out the door. As I had a simple pickup and was on a time schedule, I called to see if I had to wait in line even though I scheduled a time for picking up my order. I called and was greeted with “What do you want? ” followed by, everyone in line was waiting to collect an order and we had to wait. It took 40 minutes to collect our pre booked order. Why ask for a time if you can’t honour it or even warn customers that during the busy periods to arrive 30 minutes early to avoid delays? While the food was great as usual, customer service could have been so much better.

Best Italian cakes, pastries and biscuits on this side of Melbourne. They're always fresh and there's an ample selection. Always get in early before the Xmas holidays as the place is packed with people (take a number and wait your turn). I'm not sure why it's called Eiffel Tower, given it's Italian. One of life's great mysteries!

Got to love this place for any italian desert you may need for any occasion or coffee and try out what's on offer. This is my go to place. I would recommend a stop.

Wow what a variety of yummy sweets. Not really cheap if u want a bargain but very nice cakes etc.

The quintessential cake shop to trump all cake shops.they have it all. Italian cakes and biscuits of every variety. All your cake dreams come true at Eiffel Tower!

The only thing I can say is there custard filled cannoli, custar has no flavour very bland

They did one of the best cakes you can think of when they did a Cocomelon style cake for a 2 year olds birthday. Has the best advice for us going in, great services and completed things with high quality! Can’t thank them enough!

Eiffel Tower have over the last 2 weekends got me out of a jam. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to help you. Also the presentation of the sweets is fantastic. Everything I purchased was beautifully.

Huge range of products and a coffee machine as well. Prices are affordable They have an elderly bouncer who is quite comical. I will be making many more trips back.

The eiffel tower is cool and all but it doesn't look much different to my local electrical tower thingys and its also located in Fr*nce

Couldn't have asked for a better option for my birthday cake! Eiffel Tower Cakes have really stepped up their game - fast, efficient service and a variety of cakes and Mediterranean treats on offer.

I have had many cakes from here before and I keep coming back as I really enjoy them. This time however I was not impressed. Firstly, when I went to order the cake, the lady serving me told me that what I asked for would look ugly and I should order something else instead. I had ordered a white mud with yellow fondant icing and a happy birthday message written in white icing. When I went to pick up the cake and opened the box, I was not happy. First of all, the writing had been done in fondant icing instead of nice cursive writing and it wasn't even centred. There was what looked to be flecks of dirt and different coloured icing scattered on the cake and the corners of the cake were not square and seemed squashed. I called the shop and told them I had a problem and they said I could come back in to show them. When I arrived I was quickly served, however before I could explain what was wrong she had taken it out the back and was gone for about 10 minutes. I flagged someone to go and get her as I had a very busy day. She came back with the cake and was extremely rude about it. I told her I hadn't even explained everything that was wrong and she told me she was going to fix the writing. In the 10 minutes she was gone, nothing had changed about the cake and I told her I wanted cursive writing not the fondant. She told me that the baker who has nice handwriting wasn't in that day so she thought this would look better so took it upon herself to just change what I had asked for. I asked if someone could fix the writing and she said they would have to completely re-ice it and that no one would be able to do the cursive nicely anyways. She agreed to a partial refund, as I didn't have time to sit around and wait for them to remake my cake. As helpful as a refund is, it didn't make up for the fact that I was super unhappy with my cake. Not only all this, but once we cut into the cake, all of the edges were burnt and it didn't taste good. So basically they had extremely rude customer service and made me a cake that looked awful and tasted awful. Not happy at all and will not be purchasing from here again.

Came here today after a number of years (used to come when I was younger). Prices are still cheap for cakes, donuts and some biscuits. Reasonably good quality (can’t comment on the large cakes just the small ones in the window). Nice to see that they finally have eftpos (after being cash only for years). Staff can be a little rude.

This place is amazing, nice fresh cakes, absolutely sensational.l could sleep here and eat all the cakes. Go there you will be truly fall in love with place.you will not be disappointed, go early in the morning, because it get packed at 12: 30 pm and onwards.

The tower isn't eiffeling. I need more. Miraculous simply the best, up to the test when things go wrong, Miraculous, the luckiest, the power of love always so strong. Badabada BOOM.

Horrible service. Take a numbered ticket to be served so we can ask question about custom order cake. Only to be told to go to the back of the queue of the “pick up” line to make an enquiry. The lady at the pick up queue basically laughed at our enquiry for our custom cake and said it would be too expensive. Horrible service.

Disgusting how you still operate.ordered white mud cake and visually the cake was nice but not exactly what I ordered. Upon cutting the cake it fell apart crumbling and definitely didn't look like white mud. Overcooked dry cake that looked like caramel mud no layers of ganache between the cake and the outside of cake smelt awful. Called and gave negative feedback was asked to come in and bring the cake upon doing so said that was their version of white mud justifying that the cake was moist and they had not received any complaints except me. The offered $50 refund for the ganache after paying $275 for a cake the was inedible.
You have definitely lost my business and will make sure that everyone knows how bad your cakes are.
If you want cheap disgusting cakes with a high price go to Eiffel Tower!

This place is the bomb! I’ve been going here for the longest time and they’ve never failed me. Their cannolis are always a hit, would recommend people shop here!

I've only recently found this place and keep going back. The selection is great, compares with any great patisserie and is so much more reasonable!
