Always a pleasure to purchase from e.g. Etal. They always get back to you very quickly and have your precious goods sent in a very timely manner, with the most beautiful, thoughful packaging. The artists that work here are so talented. It's just a real treat and I always feel spoilt when I buy something from here.

The customer service and director of this store were horrendous rude, condescending and extremely uncaring. They gave my partner the wrong information in relation to a ring he bought to surprise me on my birthday. He was told to bring it back within two weeks which we did and proceeded to tell us that they wouldn’t accept it because it was worn.for less than two weeks mind you. We were told there was wear and tear and they could not resell it regardless of the fact that they told my partner he could return it within two weeks and the receipt never mentioned not wearing it whatsoever. I WOULD NOT recommend this place. The ladies in the shop are horrible. DO NOT GO THERE. If you are looking for genuine care and support you WONT find it there!

Excellent website, but the icing on the cake is the customer service from this all women team - it is extraordinary - the selection and fitting experience is so lovely and respectful and never rushed - when your piece arrives beautifully packaged, it is always a perfect fit, to be treasured forever.

Beautiful, unique products and a faultless, professional and personal shopping experience - I bought a necklace online as a gift for a friend and received personal updates by phone or email every step of the way. It arrived early (yes, really!) gift-wrapped by hand.

My partner Will and I recently got engaged and decided to commission our rings from eg.etal, all of the staff that we communicated with were excellent at their jobs and were generally just lovely people. I usually don't buy and wear jewellery but every now and again the design, artistry and set of a piece of jewellery strikes me. This has really only happened with e.g. Etal pieces and I have now bought two lovely rings from them. These rings always draw comment from others. My experience with the wonderful shop staff has also been a delight - their care and openness to helping me understand jewellery specific language and their advocacy for the artists has been wonderful!

E.g. Etal is my favorite weakness! The artists work is stunning and provide a full spectrum of bespoke and unique pieces. The entire team is knowledgeable and has great relationships with the artist and communicates wonderfully.

The consultation I had to purchase a ring was both professional and personable. Amira assisted me in both choosing and style and size that was appropriate and, as my purchase needed to be custom made, outlined the process and timeframe.e. G.etal and the artist involved in making the jewellery I ordered were efficient and it was delivered to me (another lockdown happened!) earlier than expected.

I recently decided to add to a custom made Cass Partington stack ring with a gold and diamond Gimmel ring by Emma Goodsir. Both jewellers have work on display at the egetal gallery.
My first point of contact was Amira who was both passionate and demonstrated great attention to detail. She helped me to visualise the design I had in mind and was extremely thorough.
Julia and Chantelle provided regular updates over the last three months.
This week the final work was unveiled. It has surpassed all my expectations and is perfection! It was commissioned in memory of my mother but in addition has given me something to really look forward to in this interminably long series of lockdowns.

I got my engagement and wedding rings at e.g. Etal and have always loved the rings, and the service from the women when we were choosing them. They're patient, thoughtful and knowledgable. When my wedding band needed repairing recently they were amazing as well. They took the time to find the right stones for me, and they clearly communicated every step of the way, keeping me up to date with where everything was at. They're amazing, would highly recommend.
