5This Ampol will not accept Ampol gift cards and will only tell you after you put fuel in the car. The extremely rude and dismissive staff on site this afternoon say to "just call someone to pay for it if you have no money", even though I had a valid gift card. The staff say there are signs on every pump saying they don't accept gift cards but there is no signage, as shown in this picture from this afternoon. Either pay they way they decide or get the cops called on you. A scam.
Easy access in a handy location. You are able to use your Woolies 4 cents off plus the RACV members 5 cents off offers for a total of 9 cents off per litre.
No air machine. Should be illegal for a servo not have air and water available.
The staffs never smiles or greets customers. They don’t have air pump for the tyres and when you asks the staffs questions they just ignore you. Worst customer service.
DO NOT PURCHASE FUEL HERE. I pre-selected $35 of fuel at the pump, and the pre-select did not work. When I advised Mandy, store manager, that the pre-select was broken, she told me there is nothing wrong with the machines & that I clearly didn't pre-select properly. Unbelievably unkind, offensive and non-existent customer service. I will never return & strongly recommend others purchase their fuel from one of the many other vendors in the area.
