7 Customer service needs attention. One could either use phone or serve customers at one time.
But, can’t expect much from some people.
I was very upset that the operator said they don't accept the eg gift card I pointed out that the website says that they do but he was very rude about it and told me to drive 20 minutes away to another place. I would suggest training for this individual in customer service and the products that they accept.the other one star comment is true this eg ampol does except cards but he just wants to be rude and tell you to leave if I could do zero stars I would. I am also going to complain to eg ampol as well.
Clean toilet, lots of drinks to choose from. Good food. Easy access from freeway.
Generally very good however there is one staff member who is consistently rude to me and on 4-5 occasions has refused to process my gift card always saying they don't accept it, despite me returning the next day each time for every other staff member to process the same card. Infuriating.
This “service” station has very poor service. Customer service is non existent. A smile and a bit of friendly conversation wouldn’t go astray especially for essential truck drivers that work long hours and supply all your food and beverage needs. Basic human rights such as using a bathroom should be a freedom to all. Without trackies you would have nothing Grenda!
Gee Tanya is a barrel of laughs. No smile, no customer service. Nothing. I’m sure there’s plenty of other locals looking for a job.
Good service. Friendly staff. It just needs to be 24hrs especially being so close to a major highway.
