I would not recommend. Charged over $1,100, did not fix the problem and then told me I needed a new heater and/or replacement of many parts. I’ve since has Seeley out who found that it was simply injectors that needed cleaning and have fixed the heater.

Michael just fixed a hydronic heating issue that had been bothering us. Way more knowledgeable than other people we’ve had through to service it before. He reasoned through various potential problems to find the issue and now it’s fixed. Really happy with his work.

Fabulous experience from the first call to the final step. Competitive pricing, quality job and Damian, Daniel and Xavier were great guys - honest and trustworthy and happy to answer any questions. Don’t go anywhere else for heating/cooling.

We have several investment properties around SE suburbs and in one of them decided to change a heating system. Payments were organised thru the agent, while during an initial conversation we emphasised for EPP that the compliance and any other paperwork would need to be sent to us as owners.
Installation was conducted and when we tried to register a system for warranty, we realised that we don’t have the papers with a system number. Our request to EPP ended up with a reply that the paperwork was mailed to the agent despite our instructions. Moreover, initially EPP lied to us that we instructed otherwise. Moreover, the agent obviously got nothing and, ironically, advised us that the office moved.
So, despite our instructions the paperwork was sent to nowhere, even without talking to the agent confirming their address.
Now we can’t register a system for warranty.
A contract with EPP has several pages about the money and importance of paying it, pages with threats to a customer, etc. It would be very good if half of those would be devoted to customer service.
By the way, you EPP lost a loyal customer. We understand that you don’t care but this is typically how businesses start losing their customer base.

P. S. Lots of words in the reply proving that our assessment was correct and your company deserves one star only. The outcome is that we have not got any manual with the system number and can't register a system for warranty and the agent did not get this manual either. Paperwork is very important and this is what your company neglected. Payments were conducted from rent and as soon as rent was paid, the payments were transferred to EPP.
