Efficient Air were recommended to us. We were looking for a brand new split AC system installed as well as replacements of the underfloor ductwork.
I made a request to them via their website Sunday evening and had a response first thing Monday from Richard. After a detailed discussion, quote made, we accepted. A visit was made within a few days and all ok with a plan to commence work the week after.
Two young guys arrived on time, carried out the work of duct replacement in a very professional and courteous manner. Excellent service.
Split unit and condenser unit was next installed, on time and again, very professional.

Was recommended to me by a local builder, and I was not disappointed. Richard came round and did a comprehensive review of my options, and we settled on 4 x Daikin 2.5kW Multi Zena Series for the bedrooms, with 2 x 5KW Multi Head Outdoor Units. Due to Daikin stock issues, we split the job across 2 visits, and Kelly was great in keeping me up to date with delivery times and progress. Installers were also first rate. We had Jarryd and Brian for the first visit, Shaun and Brian for the second. They were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job with very clean, neat install - I would recommend them and will continue to use them for servicing

I am so impressed with Efficient Air. I had no idea about air conditioner installation so had to do a lot of research and also got a few quotes. Efficient air was reasonably priced but most of all, they were just efficient and professional. They selected a system suited to the size of my apartment, did a phone assessment and all other relevant on-site assessments which made me feel confident in the process. Can't recommend high enough. Richard and the team are absolutely amazing. They sorted out our warranty repair without fuss and within excellent timing. It was a subfloor installation, which meant difficult access, but the technician (Justan) didn't complain and did the job perfectly. Sean from the company turned up at the time stated and was extremely careful not to damage walls and new flooring at our home when removing the old Unit and installing the new Unit.
He also made sure that the inside and outside of our home was left clean and tidy.

Wow best service ever. You know you are in good hands when your dog instantly likes the owner and the installer. The whole process from quoting to install was smooth and fast. I have used Efficient Air for the replacement of my ducted heating and installation of an a/c unit. Richard has been instrumental in providing best advice and recommendations. Both jobs were completed in the shortest time between quotes and installations. Touch-ups were dealt with immediately. Kelly from the office is amazing! They live up to their name, very EFFICIENT indeed! Highly recommended!

Richard visited us promptly when our central heating system failed for good. He inspected our existing ducting and reported that it was in good condition and could be used again. He explained the options and minor additional works that would be required for a replacement gas heating system. The works were completed shortly after. Thank-you

I've used Efficient Air twice now for two separate jobs and they are fantastic!
All the team are punctual, polite and friendly, very knowledgeable, and offer great products and service. They've always made sure the work was done to the highest standard possible, and their pricing is very reasonable.
I cannot recommend them more highly.

We originally used Efficient Air to service the evaporative system at our house in 2019 as they installed the unit with the previous owners. When it came time to upgrade we didn't think twice about who to go with. Richard was very professional and informative and the new system was installed over two very hot days in mid January 2021. A credit to the guys. The Brivis 30kW gas ducted heater with 17kW aircon addon is amazing. We included the MyAir management system and this has really been worth money we spent. Split over 7 zones, the control you have on heating and cooling the house is brilliant. Can definitely recommend this setup and Effecient Air.

Just want to thank the whole team here for a fantastic experience. They kept me up to date all through the COVID lockdowns, and came immediately after to install. Richard was fantastic with advice of what to get and where to put it, and Jarryd the electrician was a pleasure to have here. He did a quick and efficient installation and clean-up after.
