I called to try to make an appointment as a new patient. The receptionist was cold, unwelcoming and annoyed by my query. Did not show empathy for my health issue or appreciation for my query. I will not call again.

Be ready to wait an hour extra after whatever time you make your appointments. Receptionists exist in a place called La La Land.

The reception were disorganised and the doctor that I saw was insensitive and impatient. I had booked in for mental health reasons and the response from the doctor was cold, harsh and belittling. Awful behaviour from a healthcare practitioner and the worst experience I have had trying to access healthcare.

Probably one of the worst clinics around. Doctors barely ask any questions and be prepared to wait several hours after your appointment.

So after waiting an hour, the receptionist didn’t see my name on the list and let 3 patients who had appointments after me in to see the dr. When I complained I was told to ‘chill’. So disrespectful of my time. It’s not the first time I’ve had to wait for over an hour. I only come here when I can’t get an appointment with my regular dr.

Wait time is consistently over an hour. Gave up and walked out in my most recent visit. Don’t get the feeling that anyone here is competent from the doctors to the receptionist

Needed a Dr to look at my X-rays and Dr.vuctor and Dr.grace both said they didn't now how to understand or read a ray not sure who I meant to go see

One of the receptionist absolutely rubbish low life, very racism she told us if you not happy waiting an hour after your appointment go and see other doctor, but she was talking very nice to drunk guy with beer in his hand but his white guy, just rubbish and continues that behaviour is crime
I answered her ward by ward put her in her real place and she was surprised and ok after it.but would you need that?
Doctor was nice in our side but what been said can’t be unsaid
She was picking on the calm nice people and act like person in charge of health department or one the ministers when she talk to people from different backgrounds or immigrants. And that suppose to be equal country. Hhhhhhh

Very disappointing service. The wait time was an at least an hour and a half, and the receptionists lie and tell you that there was a mistake with the list (not the case as that was everyone’s wait time).
The doctor was entirely incompetent and rude, and made me feel very uncomfortable. I later went to a different doctors and discovered she had failed to run important tests. I honestly would question her qualifications. Avoid this practise at all cost

Dr Mikhail is a wonderful doctor! He pays good attention to detail and is great at assessing symptoms and diagnosing. Highly recommend!

Horrible. If I could post less than one star I would.
I went to this doctors a couple of times as they were close to me home and I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time. I felt belittled and humiliated both times.
I waited over an hour after my appointment time, and at this point saw my doctor park his car and arrive at the clinic! The doctor then gave me a local anaesthetic before leaving the room for a further 40 minutes, while he caught up on the other waiting clients. He continuously referred to me as 'sensitive' as I was frustrated by this treatment, and was feeling nervous about the appointment in general.
I have just called this service again to ask to be forwarded some documents, and was again spoken to rudely.

Really caring doctors who listen and follow up.

Truly awful. I attended this clinic twice because it is bulk billed and close to home. On both occasions, I waited ages and then the doctors legitimately gave me the script I wanted without asking one question or uttering a word.

On the third occasion, I had to leave work early to make a 5: 50pm appointment. I had a missed call late in the day with a voicemail asking to call back about "coming in early for my appointment". I tried calling back four times, with the line busy on three occasions and then finding voicemail. When I arrived, they had decided to close up early, so I didn't get my appointment and will have to go without my medication for a few days. Will not be returning a fourth time.

I have been attending this clinic for some years now. They have constantly been extrememly busy and the staff have always been helpful during these times. Dr Mikhail has been my GP for years. His attention to detail and thorough examination always leave's me with a peace of mind.

I have literally had appointments with all the doctors at this clinic. But had the worst experience with Dr. Gracie and Dr. Victor. They were so rude and wouldn't let you talk or finish your sentence. They were so not helpful and make you feel so horrible! My wife and I had the same experience with these doctors. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone at all! One of the worst by far.

Receptionist was so rude! Wouldn't let me finish my sentence without cutting me off and ending the conversation. Wasnt until the end of what i had to say where she decided to listen. Communication between Receptionists and doctors is also very poor! Unreliable clinic and staff! Trust me go elsewhere, most of those doctors work at other clinics and you're better off seeing them there than at this clinic!

My family and myself have been looked after by Dr. Sameh Mikhail for many years, he is very experienced and delivers the best care to his patients. He is very switched on and his advice is always on the spot. Can't say enough of him.

Very blessed to have a clinic with such great service. The receptionists are friendly and professional. The doctors and nurses are amazing. I would also like to mention that Dr. Sameh is such a caring doctor. He is humble, enthusiastic, optimistic, and efficient with his profession. Thank you again:)

I have been a patiend of Dr Sameh Mikhail since 2011. What a man and what a doctor. I have never had a bad experience, in fact he goes beyond to assist in any way he can. He has counseled me on my problems and has given me the best support through out the years. I would happily wait to see him as I always feel uplifted when I leave. All the staff, nurses and receptionist have always been helpful and wonderful to deal with. In this day and age where doctors just rush you in and out, here is a doctor that deeply cares about the well beind of his patients. Thank you Dr Mikhail

My appointment was at 10am, I was seen at 10.30. I was then told to come back to drop something off later. I asked what time they closed and was told 6pm but were closed for covid between 12 and 3. Came back at 4.45 and they were closed. So disappointed that patients don't really matter there.
