Edward Scissorhands Sharpening

I second the reviews warning against sharpening quality knives here, do not do it! They may do a good job with scissors but have no business sharpening quality chefs knives. Mine came back with the same issue of the whole side of the blade being scratched to high heaven that you see in the other reviews. When I left my original review, I was contacted by the owner and asked to take it down to which i regretfully complied. I wish I didn't, they ruined my beautiful Shun knife, it annoys me every time I look at it now. As you can see from owner responses to other reviews, they take no ownership of their shoddy workmanship, classic move. Avoid if you care about your knives.

I was delighted to have my kitchen knives back after having them professionally sharpened here. They slice perfectly now. Better than new I think.

I have been looking for the right service for my heavily used fabric scissors for a while. I have asked another service but could not reach the perfection of Mr. Ed's work. Now I can cut layers of thick fabrics so easily
Will definitely come back for my scissors again and spread the words to my friends:)

Had my carbon steel kitchen knives sharpened here, they're sharper than when I bought them!
They were sharpened overnight.
Very affordable.
Would recommend to anyone.

Top class, would highly recommend to any barber/hairdressers.
Struggled to find a good sharpener in this country as I’m from over seas.
But found Edwards work excellent, again would highly recommend!

Big thanks to Edward scissorhands sharpening for sharpening my precious Hikaris so well.
I dropped my scissors off at the shop on a saturday and requested them to be posted back to me, they arrived back to me in a short 3 days. They also gave me a free oil pen and wipes for my scissors. My scissors feel so much better and even got rid of a bend i had on the tips.
Definitely will be coming back for their top notch work:)
