Eden Rise Charcoal Chicken

Staff and owner treats people like servant. Their rude behaviour towards customers is not good. They should get training how to give respect customers.

Food is very good, ordered the usual chicken and chips! Great place to go to get cheap and yummy eats.

Really disappointed in yesterdays chicken and chips. Years ago this store was fabulous and the chips were delicious (and the chicken fresh). I haven't visited much in the last year as it had gone downhill. Yesterday we purchased a chook and large chips. The chicken was inedible - overcooked, tough, and smelt peculiar. I had one bite and decided not to eat any more as i was concerned it was off. We ended up throwing it out.poor dogs didn't even get any. The chips were ok, but nothing like they used to be. Definitely will not be returning.

I come here once a week.the most delicious chicken. I'd even call it finger lickin' good:) Always people lined up, very popular shop.

I like the chips but salad was gross. It was old, tomatoes yuck & no feta or olives in a Greek salad.

Ordered a chicken and gravy roll, the paper merged with the gravy sticking itself to the roll making it inedible, Was only in a bag for 5 minutes. Chips were as if they were refried, Salad looked nice atleast.

This used to be our favourite charcoal chicken for a long time - we moved out of the area and are now back and I’m not sure if the owners have changed but my gosh they are beyond rude now and the food has gone down hill. When you place an order through Uber eats they don’t put everything in then when you call them they yell and say they called but were hung up on which is total BS. So disappointed so many local places are becoming worse and worse

Do you not like your phone? Unprofessional to let the phone ring out over several attempts to call.

Tried to call your store twice tonight with no answer to let you know that the chips I just purchased are undercooked. I did note that there seemed to be a new employee so maybe she needs a bit more training on cooking chips so hopefully you see this message.

Very unprofessional and would not recommend. Do not 'bet' with your employees if it is a suspected customer.

Cold over cooked chips, dry chicken, water logged corn but the gravy was great - and the best bit - I order two legs as a half a chicken and you charge an extra $1.10 for the privilege!
Outrageous! - like it makes any difference

The food is all very fresh and tasty chips/salad etc.chicken was a little dry, restaurant is very clean, good serving sizes for the money you pay,
Not blown away but better then most charcoal chickens
