Husband hates buying clothes but again excellent staff at Eddy Elias had him smiling happily and looked great in his new suit. Trousers were a little long but adjustments no problem and part of the outstanding service. No place better for men's.clothing for all ages and shapes!

What a fantastic experience. Having lived in Warrnambool my expectations of shopping for menswear in ‘country Victoria’ were low. What a fabulous surprise. What happened to the normally good customer service?

I have had previous experience shopping at Eddy Elias when it was in the older, smaller shop and it was great. I had great customer service for a suit I bought about 5 years ago.

But, I recently booked in to organise a suit for my own wedding and potentially book my groomsman in as well. I specifically booked in with Andrew, as I was told on the phone he is the one I should see for advice and made to measure suits. I made the appointment 3 weeks in advance as I would only be down in Geelong between December and January.

On arrival, I was told Andrew was not in and was given no indication of when or if he would be coming in by the older lady at the counter. She then "tried" to help by asking what style I was looking for (dinner suit) and throwing a dinner suit jacket over me without giving me a shirt, pants, bowtie or tie. When asked for a white shirt to try on, she grabbed a couple shirts still in bags and didn't want to open the bag and let me try them on, just showed me through the plastic. She grabbed a few checkered shirts to try on for size (size is not why I'm trying on the shirt). She then left when a younger guy came over to help.

The younger guy was more helpful, but seemed very inexperienced and at this point I was starting to get a little frustrated and annoyed. He finally gave me a white shirt to try on with the black dinner suit but didn't give any alternatives jacket options or suit options, styling advice, alternative shirts, accessories etc. At no point throughout the whole "appointment" was I even given a tie or bowtie to try on.

After being in the store for about 20 minutes, I was done. They told me Andrew was not gonna be back in the store for another 20 minutes, making him 40 minutes late for a pre-booked appointment. I told them I was disappointment and annoyed with my experience and was leaving.

I don't normally write reviews, I don't normally complain online, but after such an awful experience for something as important as a suit for my own wedding I just had to. At the time of writing this review I have not recieved a phone call or message from Andrew or any or staff members on his behalf apologising for not attending the appointment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Eddy Elias and will now have to further inconvenience myself by having to go up to Melbourne to look for a suit for myself and groomsman.

I badly needed to update a variety of clothing. In little more than an hour I had a complete refresh from casual clothing to a suit. Andrew once again made a complete wardrobe style refresh a painless experience. Always friendly and no hard sell, thanks.

Great service and good value for money. One of the best places in Geelong to buy business clothes. Even offer you coffee while shopping!

Suiting process was very professional, and catered for my preferences and fit. They have an expansive knowledge in correct fitting, and further alterations were at a very reasonable price.
Worked mostly with Harvey (legend), who along with the rest of the staff are highly personable and energetic.

This store is definitely a gem for those who wish to purchase a perfect fitting suit whilst also being at an affordable price point.

This is a real Menswear store! Guys know what they're talking about, good products, no sales pitches, can do adjustments there and then. Don't buy your stuff at Myer and DJ's, come here.

What an experience!
Talking to a lovely older gentleman about full-length overcoats. He was very confident in what he was saying and also very polite in offering other stores in which I could find full-length overcoats as they are impossible to find in Geelong.

Eddy Elias men's wear were great for helping me get together the clothes for my groomsmen. Very patient when it came to getting correct sizing and helpful when it came to trying out some different things. If I ever need a suit in the future I'll be coming back.

The single best retail experience I have ever had.

I was in need of a new suit and some casual clothes and needed to lift my style game a little (or a lot).

The guys at Eddy Elias were amazing. They were friendly, straight forward and obviously know what's what what when it come to men's styling.

Unlike a lot of the chain stores they seemed genuinely interested in making sure you leave with well fitted good looking outfits.

There's no snooty attitude, they're not pushy and they understand value and they make the shipping experience simple and pleasant.

When I got home and showed my wife my new purchases she was suitably impressed both with the quality and style (and also the price).

I wish I had started shopping here sooner.

We had Andrew and the team put together the suits for our bridal party and they looked a million bucks! Great advice, suits and service even during the busy spring racing season! Highly recommend!

We had a wedding day shirt malfunction and the guys responded like true champions, delivering new, clean, pressed shirts to the church within 1/2 hour of our cries for help. Truly professional and caring team!
