Eddie The Butcher / Edwards family meats

Service is friendly, they're happy to get you anything you want if they have it on hand. Prices aren't cheap but the quality is really good and worth paying more for.

Came down from Sydney for the week to see family decided to have a bbq and went down to the local butcher. Amazing service and food! Tess recommended the garlic tusken lamb chops and the Wagyu burgers and they were Absolutely fantastic! Definitely recommend checking them out!

Yes their steaks, koftas, et al are all high quality.but why oh why has their black pudding not received the praise it deserves?
John's own recipe, surely passed from father to son from the mists of time, puts this pud in the top two black puddings of the known universe.
How to describe it? I can't and i won't, the proof of the pudding is in the eating.try it yourself.

Great bunch, recently bought 10kgs for gyros (lamb and chicken) was honestly the best I've ever had spices where wonderful meat was full of flavour. Would highly recommend

Today i called the store and not knowing what or how to cook the meat correctly i was also after some advice.
John and i think his partner were awesome to deal with showing me cuts of meat and explaining how to cook it!

Eddie the Butcher is great, open late on Saturday and Sunday until 2pm, he has the best kransky sausages I've tasted!
