Never realised my car could run as smooth as it now does after having the gearbox and clutch repaired here. Damien and his crew go above and beyond, have great communication, look after customers, and will check your vehicle thoroughly to ensure it runs optimally before your pick it up.

Had the radiator conk out on me. They managed to fit me in on the day and had my car back to me first thing the very next morning. Friendly and well priced.

Damien is the best mechanic in Town. I had problems with my car, have seen so many mechanics but couldn’t fix it, Damien just fixed it like a magician. Highly recommend.

Wow. Just awesome. Single woman just moved to Australia from New Zealand.totally freaked out when my engine light came on.
Although my car was only booked for a service.on a Friday.they completed the service and sorted the problem.

Friendly, quick and well priced. Good location too - really easy to get to and pick up the car from. I’m a new repeat customer for sure.

I called this morning asking for help as I had something dragging on the road. They said sure drop in and we'll have a look. I spent 1/2 an hour max while the owner I believe put my car on the hoist, took the unnecessary dust collector off, made it safe, checked my brakes & told me I need a minor service and especially a new filter, however my brakes are still fine. I asked if The car could be picked up and delivered as I'm disabled but only live accross the Rd and he said of course. I'll be booking in shortly for my Service.

I was impressed with the service and the Staff were friendly and attentive. Everything was clearly explained and the work was done in a few hours instead of having to be a whole day without my car unlike other Mechanical services I've had done at other companies. Thank you Danny for your work and I will definitely keep coming back.

My car stopped working whilst I was driving. RACV came and jump started it and I was able to get home. The next morning my house mate jump started my car again, which was just enough to get my car to Edan Motors, the mechanic I have been using for the past 2 years or so. I trusted this mechanic as I thought they were well priced and honest. I left my car here to be fixed and when I came to pick it up in the afternoon I was able to drive home, being assured it was fixed.
He replaced the crank shaft sensor as he said this was the problem.
A couple of days later I drove to work and the same thing happened again, my car stopped working in the middle of the road, luckily I had just gotten off Hoddle Street. I phoned Edan Motors and he showed no sympathy and was not willing to help me because I was on the other side of the city.
It was a Saturday so I had to get a mobile mechanic out to look at my car. Within minutes of opening the hood and checking the battery and alternator, this mechanic informed me that this was the problem.
He also informed me that my car would not have been able to be started if the crank sensor was faulty.
He changed my alternator and battery. He also topped up the oil in my car which Edan Motors charged me for a couple of days prior.

Since this occurring I’ve had 3 mechanics inform me that my car would not have been able to be jump started if the crank sensor was faulty.

So not only did Edan Motor rip me off ($451) they also charged me for oil they didn’t put it my car and sent me off in a car that wasn’t fixed. As well as not checking the most basic thing, the battery and alternator.

Before this I would have recommended them to anyone as I thought they were well priced and fair. Now I’m not entirely sure that they ever did anything that they charged me for the whole time I brought my car here.

I’m not one for writing negative reviews but I hope this costs your business the amount of money you ripped me off. I will also be contacting the ACCC.

I have been using Edan Motors for last 10 years and I couldn't be happier with service and prices. You won't find a more honest mechanic anywhere else. There prices are very good and they don't make up stuff and charge you for things that don't need to be fixed. Don't waste your time going any where else.
