Very impressed. Easy payment. Straight forward website. Wasn't expecting it but it arrived next day. Printer arrived as described.

I wouldn't go near this company. I ordered a lazer printer + cartridges only. Both faulty. We had to go though a lot of trouble to prove that it is broken. Eventually got printer picked up and returned. No communication from company since for 3 weeks and no refund

They were fantastic. The machine was ordered 5pm Sunday online arrived by 2pm Monday afternoon at my work and no charge for delivery.
When I got it home and realised we'd ordered the wrong size printer A3 rather than A4 printer they were happy to exchange it. As I live close by I popped down and all done and dusted in half an hour. Customer service is second to none.

I was looking for a fresh Laser printer to put out small copies of my work & retain paper copy receipts.

I looked on the Internet and saw one with an actual business address and decent after sales service should I need it. So, I bought a Brother HL- L2350DW for my small needs for a very good price from - Ecotech Print Solutions.

The machine arrived 2 days later by express from Victoria as I live in North Queensland via - Free Freight!

Really, you can't honestly ask for any better service than that.

Might I add: the Brother - series 2350 etc are fairly cheap and more than efficient at small to medium production work - I have had 4 of them over the years and I tend to replace them after 5 years or so - so, I can't complain there, also, as I have never had one breakdown.

I bought a Brother MFC printer from these guys in January 2023. Great prompt service and a pleasure to deal with!

Awful service. Ordered a printer that showed as available in stock. Nothing arrived, no tracking or dispatch confirmation. After 2 weeks I chased up, no reply - had to make a paypal claim to get my money back. Avoid like the plague

Unbelievable Delivery Times. When all other businesses' are bemoaning transport delays due to Covid I must say that Ecotech as a family run concern certainly proved this not to be the case. I ordered a Brother Laser printer and toner on Friday 27 May and lo and behold both items were delivered on Monday 30 May. I am also glad to say that the printer is up and running with no issues.fingers crossed. Suffice to say in the future Ecotech will be my choice of supplier of printers and printer accessories. Well done guys.

What a joy to deal with! Placed the order online, Printer was delivered the same day after few hours. I was desperate to get a printer and Ecotech delivered a great promise. I was shopping around and no one except Ecotech had this printer in stock. Much recommended if you are looking to buy printers or catridges! Absolutely seamless process and very happy with the dedicated service.

No stock, no free shipping, no contact from them. Website is just LIES. Had to get a refund after calling them weeks later. Don't believe their website and definitely do ORDER SOMEHWERE ESE. I have read your previous response - if this is the case - then contact the person that has given you $800 and let them know their order is not coming! Own up to and fix your mistakes, don't make excuses. You are dealing with businesses not children. Also I have reported you to Google Business for disclosing personal information. If you get an order that can't be filled contact them right away by email or call and let them know - then you won't get reviews like this - pretty simple.

I was very impressed with the speed in which my printer was delivered especially over a holiday weekend. I had the pleasure of speaking to June on the phone, she was very helpful, friendly and gave me lots on confidence that if I had any issues at all they were there to help.

Super fast service even in stage 4 Lock-down. Ecotech had the best price and had the printer I wanted in stock. Ordered on Tuesday evening, it arrived on Thursday morning. Will recommend this company to everyone.
