How rude is the receptionist at the front
They don’t want to get the right parts to repair your window they just want to seal with silicon easy money no respect for customer
Any body can apply silicon to seal a window
It was too much work for them to by the proper trimming they told me to buy it
Silicon was their best offer
Take it or leave it
They are ripping people off with their prices & attitude
Keep away there are better glass replacement people around with a better respect for the customer

They did a fabulous job fixing the broken window. The quote was reasonably priced and the job was perfectly done on time.

They delivered the Dinning table glass, In our first meeting we mentioned that we don't need sharp corners. Nick said OK.
When they delivered the glass on dinning table, corners were sharp when we discussed with him then he said machine can't do it then i asked can u do it manually?
He asked it's possible if i have sanding paper.
Luckily i had sanding paper only because i am in trade then he sanded corners & we were happy after that.
My question what if any other customer didnot have sanding paper? Then he would have to live with sharp corners.
They should keep these type stuff in Van for little bit onsite service/touch up.

Staff didn't even bring his glass cleaner to clean glass before placing it considering they are in Glass business, that was surprise being a reputable company we are dealing with.
