I had sub floor insulation installed in the accessible part of our home several years ago in March by Ecomasters. They did a great job, and the difference in how our home handled the hot march weather was immediately noticeable.
I very much recommend doing this as a great way of lessening one's heating and cooling bills.

Underfloor Insulation. Josh and the underfloor install crew were equally amazing. Love it so much that people come along with out radios blaring and just get going. They were great. It is a pleasure dealing with ecoMaster - great people, great products, great ethos!
Ceiling Insulation. Josh and Michael were prompt and underway quickly. They installed the ceiling installation efficiently and cleanup after their work. It was an amazing job and a pleasure to deal with people who were courteous, friendly and professional.

Edit: We installed (DIY) 2 x ecoMaster door draught for bedrooms to reduce sound travelling through a 3-4 cm gap between the door + floor. It works wonder!

We were so pleased with the whole insulation process - efficient and clean. The best part - we came home to a locked up house, where we normally had to open the doors to let the breeze cool the house down, and this time, we had to keep the door shut because it was so much cooler inside. Ecomaster looked after us and made sure that the installation was fuss-free and as low an impact as possible on us. Thanks so much for your expertise and the thoughtfulness of the team.

We engaged Ecomaster to do a full premium assessment. It was a thorough process and we got lots of really useful information. If you are seeking advice on a specific matter let them know. Otherwise they’ll do a general assessment.

So very, very disappointed. Can NOT recommend. There were issues with the product (we understand issues can occur), but worse was their lack customer service following on, which was appalling and unacceptable.

We purchased the Draught Dodgers Sliding door seal kit in good faith, wanting to support what was advertised as an Australian family company. They appeared to have good reviews, so much so that ALL? Their reviews were glowing?

The product was very expensive, but we believed we were purchasing something special. Unfortunately, the company appears to be badly run and our entire experience has been awful, (except for one operator Michael, who at least listened to our issues). For this premium price, all we received were 3 generic stick on seals and two ODD colored stick on side strips, and no paper instructions. Upon further inspection we discovered that:

1) One of the side strips is white, yet the other side is black, so they look extremely odd and ugly as they don't match. Their website is deceiving as there is NO mention that the two sides will be different colors (the color options were a choice of either white OR black, not a mixture of both) and their video shows them installing a product that matches in color on all sides. Their only explanation was that 'they only come in odd colors and there was nothing they could do about it'.

2) Before the package was even opened, it was obvious that one of the seals was badly packaged & twisted and dirty (contaminated with workshop floor metal filings and dirt on the sticky parts). This resulted in the backing paper coming off and the sticky side being so damaged that the ability to stick was compromised and it could not be used.

3) They do not bother to supply 'paper' install instructions with the product. The install videos online are unfortunately inadequate and confusing, even for our carpenter.

4) Despite all of these issues, (again thinking 'Australian family company' - try to support) we tried to work with the company to suggest future improvements to help avoid the issues we had encountered, for the benefit of their business and future customers.

5) However, the the last straw was the the disinterested, aggressive, rude, arrogant attitude and lack of 'customer service' we received, even from the 'family' we were trying to support. This company appears amazing on their website, but please be warned. Not all 'Australian family' company's operate well. Could NOT recommend them to anyone. It's not worth it. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

The two installers Luke and Tom were great guys, did great work and on a personal level were a pleasure to have in our home.

Very polite and professional, Josh and the guys did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond to fix an issue with the heating ducts that had come disconnected, for which I am especially grateful. Thank you for making it such an easy process!
Dealing with the assessor, sales team and installation team has been smooth, professional and overall very positive. Highly recommend!

Exceptional group of workers - Josh, Eduarado and the Third Man (sorry - Josh told me his name but I'm afraid I've forgotten) Punctual, diligent, courteous, respectful, professional and friendly. They were also respectful to the neighbourhood - parking legally, not playing loud music (common tradie behaviours!) Really happy
And we are now so warm in a previously chilly house! Absolutely recommended.
