Eco Watermart

I went to ECOWATERMART in Epping for the first time today to have my spa water tested and to stock up on spa chemicals.
The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and offered me lots of great advice regarding my spa.
I will continue to go there in the future.
10 out of 10 for service, advice and supplies.

My regular spa place has closed the doors and on the off chance I went to Bunnings (don’t do it) Eco watermart was recommended and I can’t fault them. They do everything tested my water and advised what I needed to do, even gave me a print out of the chemicals I needed to add. Had all my supplies and the customer service was exceptional. Can’t fault the service there!

I so highly recommend Eco WaterMart Epping to all pool owners. We have only had our pool for 3 years and it has been a big learning curve for me around maintenance and upkeep. James is a total legend. We have some tricky stormwater pits on our sloping block, and I've been futzing around for YEARS trying to get them all setup and working correctly. Most plumbers didn't want anything to do with it, and the irrigation supply stores I've dealt with previously didn't have much clue either. James knew exactly how to solve the problems, had all the parts, and great advice. I was sorted in 20 minutes, and by the end of the weekend, everything is fixed, and I can now sleep tight when it rains, knowing that stormwater is handled. Thank you James!

Have been going to Eco Watermart for all my pool needs for about 8 years. Great Quality friendly service, if it's not in stock, James sources it immediately. Just recently repaired leaking solar system very cheap and purchased Dolphin robotic cleaner, less cleaning more swimming time.

Large range of products, lots of staff all friendly and willing to help. Some of the products seemed a bit pricey but perhaps I'm not familiar enough with what pool and spa supplies cost.

I needed a new pool pump, as my old one stopped working.
Great service, staff was very help full. I was surprised how big the shop was, lots of chemicals & accessories. Cheers guys, see you soon.
