Organised with this service for deep cleaning and they did an amazing job! Polite, professional, on time and out did themselves.
Highly recommend! We also got our carpets in our bedrooms steam cleaned and they came out perfectly!

Totally unprofessional and disorganised. They confirmed a time and date twice prior to the date and then failed to attend at the agreed time. After waiting for 20 minutes we called them and they said they had sent a reschedule message to a different phone number by mistake. They then attended the property 2.5 hours later and when asked if they had started yet, they said they were just drinking a coffee at the property and would start soon. I was then made to wait another half hour while they finished. They also failed to provide a receipt of payment for our real estate agent, despite promising one at the time of booking and after the clean. Instead, they emailed me an invoice which doesn't confirm payment and is not what the real estate agent requires. I requested a receipt again and they sent another invoice. At no stage did they apologise for making us wait for three hours and disrupting our work day. Terrible treatment of their customers and I could not possibly recommend them to anyone.

Took the job in very short notice, punctual. They did a very good job in reasonable time and reasonable cost.

Karan was kind, honest, reliable and professional. When he knew he couldn’t come at the appointed time he contacted us early and changed it to a time that actually suited us even better. On the day he let us know what needed to be done and we didn’t really mind paying a little bit extra because we knew the carpet was really old and dirty. But the little upgrade did make it bright and clean! The oven was very soiled and he made it look so immaculately clean! 5 star and 5 star for everything. Thank you Karan!

DO NOT USE! Requested a deep clean. Was originally quoted $250. When he came he said it was $400 because it was bigger than expected. Then he advised I had to pay upfront. Was advised there would be two of them cleaning for half a day but he came alone and stayed no more than two hours. I advised landlord would not accept how he had left some areas but he just left despite his "guarantee". I'll need to get another cleaner in now to finish things he didn't do. Very nice at the start - as soon as he gets your money turns very rude and unprofessional.

We booked a deep clean through ecoshine Cleaners and we are very happy. Our initial appointment time needed to be rescheduled (these things happen) but we were contacted promptly and they helped us find another suitable time.
