Eclipse Security Systems Melbourne

Thanks to the team today who came and installed my security system. Alarm, CCTV and Intercom for my home. Awesome guys and very smooth installation. Highly recommend for all your security needs!

Really poor service experience. Lack of communication, last minute notice of inability to arrive as promised. Don't deliver on what's asked to do. Go somewhere else.

We updated our security system and right from the initial sales contact (thanks George), through quoting and installation it has been a very responsive and efficient experience. George and the Eclipse team patiently dealt with our questions and helped configure our system to our exact requirements as well as fixing a minor issue promptly and without any pushback or fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I notice, and appreciate superior customer service and that is exactly what I always have experienced with Eclipse Security Systems.
I was highly pleased with the professional manner in which Greg answered all my queries. Very high customer focused.

Had a security system that needed some attention. Emailed Eclipse and their response was fantastic from the beginning (thank you Fiona). My issue was dealt with quickly and professionally. The technician (thank you Reece) arrived at the agreed time and was great.

The problem was diagnosed very quickly, but with some complications given it was originally an American system. This is where the tech guy went above and beyond to help and for that I am very appreciative. I would highly recommend them because of their professionalism, timeliness and going that extra mile to support a customer.

Update (05/06/2019) Rhys attended again at very short notice and was spectacular in his customer service. I can't recommend him more highly. Rhys enhanced the system and explained it to us in normal terms to the point where we can take full advantage of our security system.

I also want to thank the support people at Eclipse who have been fantastic and everything can be done on time and with a high level of professionalism.
