Sean was incredibly helpful in securing my first home. I was on the hunt for 6 months before I found somewhere that felt perfect for me. I couldn’t bear to miss out on this one, so approached Sean for a single property purchase (as opposed to the full service). I was a bit nervous about spending the extra money but he was worth his weight in gold. His confidence & ease at the auction was what won me the home. It was also really nice celebrating the win with him, we felt like a team (where I contributed very little haha).

As a first home buyer with limited time and knowledge about the property market, it was amazing to have Ying onboard to streamline the process and hold my hand through each step, saving time and taking the stress out of bidding and coordination.

I hate having to deal with my own life admin, even when it's to my benefit. Happily I'm able to outsource parts of it and Ying has clearly instilled her own sense of diligence, urgency and productivity across her team.
