Had my first appointment at the salon with Jess for a lash lift. The salon smelt amazing, was warm and Jess was lovely. She talked through what she was doing every step of the way and even gave a head massage while the products processed. The experience was exactly what you hope your first time in a salon to be! This salon as well as all their technicians are absolutely amazing, I've been going there for waxes for over a year and recently started getting my lashes done there and I have never had a less than amazing experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone

I go to Eclipe almost monthly for my facials, and Tara has always been lovely. The whole experience is rejuvenating.

So so happy with the customer service, my husband and I come here every 3 months or for a wedding or for a Bali trip and get a spray tan that look s amazing, great product s great price great service, eye lashes next and massage here also cheers ladies

I Love this place. Gabby is always the one i go for as i met her since first time i came here.shes really good of whats shes doing.everytime i came here and get massage or facial.i fell asleep and snore LOL so embarrace hahaha. But only Gabby knows i hope haha.

Highly recommend the incredible services at Eclipse! They have wheelchair accessible treatment rooms and the friendly staff go above and beyond to create a comfortable environment. The massages and facials are particularly wonderful, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

I’ve visited several times over the past six months or so, with different treatments. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The environment is relaxing and I feel fabulous after each visit.

I had an absolutely fantastic massage here today after searching the area for a good place to go I finally picked Eclipse and was very impressed all staff that I spoke to were kind and helpful, the salon had a lovely calm vibe to it and the massage was just what I needed. I really enjoyed the massage and pedicure provided by Gabby. She was really thorough and also warm and friendly.

I've had three treatments here so far with three different therapists and all of them have been absolutely amazing. The ladies here are lovely and professional - I especially like how they ask you on the form whether you like talking during your treatment (I don't!) and they comply with this, only asking the bare minimum and allowing you to relax in their capable hands. My standout treatment so far was the LED Facial with Emily W - just a divine experience and I left with a wonderful glow. I rebooked for February, don't miss this summer special. I also really loved the Hot Stone massage with Tara - you must try this, if only for the sublime head/ face massage at the end.not only did I feel relaxed but somehow nurtured spiritually as well? Very hard to explain!
I only have two very small bits of feedback on the massages - 1. During one of my massages I was a bit cold and although the therapist did tell me to say something if I was cold at any stage, I'm a bit shy to do that, so might be best to assume that if a body part is exposed, it's probably getting cold particularly when the air-con is on. 2. I'm a bit bigger and lying on my back on the massage table has been not the most comfortable experience because there's not enough room at my sides for my arms to lie on the narrow-ish table. So you're constantly not sure where to put your arms or worried about them slipping off. At other day spas I've been to they do this thing where they 'wrap' your arms against your sides with towels crossing over your body - kind of like adult swaddling, and tuck it under. This helps you feel secure and can relax into what is the best part (the neck massage!)
But these are both minor things and honestly, I'd come here every week if I could afford it!

Staff are lovely. I really enjoy the massages & you can claim remedial massages on private health. Also they do 90 min massages.

An amazing massage, I booked online, it was easy to do. Staff are very friendly and ran to time. Will definitely be back and recommending to everyone.
