Booking online was easy. Communication about our double appointment was good and prompt.
Requested medium pressure but it felt lighter than usual and could have been better.

The waiting area was not clean and not pleasant to sit and wait. People in the massage room talking and laughing loudly and making the experience not relaxing and pleasant. The massage on redbaloon gift voucher says Fijian Massage but it is not what appears as Fijian Massage on their website. I wouldn't recommend this place based on these negative experiences. In response to your great customer service skills I have to say that we are also hard working people spending our money to receive a service equal or worth to the money we spend. And the service/experience you provided was not worth the fee charged. My experience is my fact. The whole point of reviews are to provide experiences, negative or positive. Better read and listen to customers and take constructive feedback as a great opportunity to improve your business rather than taking it personally and attacking the feedback provider.

I have been here twice. Highly recommend. So relaxing, the products used for the full body massage are Devine. Will definitely be back.

This was by far the best massage and facial myself and my two girlfriends have gotten. We usually get them together and we all agreed this was the best by far. They cater for pregnant women and really understand how to provide deep relaxation with their massage techniques. I will definitely be returning. Thanks to the girls that looked after us.
