Talking to my daughter later that night, it turns out that suggestion and purchase is exactly what my daughter has been wanting, so now I'm excited for Christmas day. Great art store with high quality products! As a hobby painter this place has everything I need. I was also surprised to discover black canvases which is super handy. A bonus, they also provide 10% off for students and have a loyalty program.

My favourite art supplies store! Great collection of good quality products at various prices. The staff have always been very helpful and friendly. Although some items are expensive, the emphasis is definitely on quality here, so you're getting a bang for your buck. Plus, they also give student discounts, just make sure you've your student ID with you!

Appalling product knowledge and the customer service on chat was frustrating and one question couldn't be answered in 40 minutes.

I spent over an hour in the store today looking at various papers / drawing materials and the staff were incredibly helpful and patient! Ready to offer a helping hand when needed, and gladly answered my (many) questions!

Looks good, but I couldn't buy online. Their site only accepted Afterpay or Zip, neither of which I use. I rang one of the shops for help with the web site and they gave me a 1800 number. The only available help there was a message bank. So I gave up and bought an inferior product elsewhere.

Online Store - I'm pretty disappointed. I placed an order online 12 days ago. I expected the delivery to arrive in 5 - 7 days as per the delivery times on the website for regional Vic. I allowed some extra time due to COVID and eventually emailed yesterday when I I still hadn't received it asking for the tracking number. Late today I received an email saying it was picked at the warehouse and would be sent shortly. It hasn't even been sent. I replied 2 minutes later asking them to confirm it hasn't been sent and haven't heard back. Hopefully I get some kind of response tomorrow. I'm usually pretty relaxed about these kinds of things - especially with the pandemic - but stating 5 - 7 days for delivery and then not even sending it for over 12 days without any explanation or even an acknowledgement is not OK.

Update: I spoke to a super helpful person in customer service on Monday, who promised it would be sent that day or next day. I was feeling hopeful! It's now Wednesday. I received no shipping notification and no response to my email requesting a refund if it hasn't been sent. I tried to call but got no answer.

The staff is helpful and helped me get the art supplies for my wife. The supplies helped her indulge her hobby during this lockdown easily.
