Echuca Moama Taxis

We ordered both maxi cabs and standard cabs. They arrived when they were booked or they arrived within a short amount of time from being ordered. The cab driver also had great coffee shop recommendations when he realised we weren’t locals. Great service!

The girl who answers the phone Rachel is the rudest person who has ever answered my phone, she hung up twice because it took me 3 seconds to spell the name of the street and then when I called back she said well done when I spelled the name of the street and when I told him where we were going, he just said the taxi is on the way and cut off again, I know they are a big company but they should provide good customer service

Booked a taxi for 5: 35am the previous night, taxi didn’t arrive so I called at 5: 35am to order another one, 5: 48 and still hadn’t arrived so I called to speak to an operator. He was very rude and hung up on me as I was speaking! Taxi arrived at 5: 53am. Lucky the taxi driver was able to stop the bus that had already left the station at 5: 55am.

The dispatcher was really helpful during such a busy time, I really appreciated how accomodating they were

Disgusting customer service!
I’m sick of booking a maxi taxi for a group booking (prebooked 2 days earlier) for them to be over an hour late or not show up at all!
When you ring to follow up, they tell you it’s either on it way (it’s not) or there is no cab on the way.
This is the 4th time in a row this has happened to us and it always makes us late to our destination
Don’t bother booking with them!

Took me to the wrong medical clinic even after I told them the practise name and street then charged me for the entire trip

We were visiting from Sydney when my sister had a fall that required medical treatment. Your driver picked us up from Hare Street drove us to Chemist Warehouse waited and dropped us back at our hotel. He was a very friendly man with a Scottish accent. A true professional and a great asset to your business.

Waited over an hour for a cab. The lady on the phone was lovely and helpful. Cab showed up and drove straight off again. Left waiting in the que yet again.

Dog friendly and convenient. Normal taxis come very quickly and I was able to bring my miniature poodle on with me both on a maxi and a normal taxi but you should probably call the taxi service if you are bringing a dog.

One thing to know is if you are on a schedule and want a maxi at noon, you may have a wait a bit even if you book ahead so if you are travelling in a larger group, it will be better to call two normal taxis as there are many more of those that come very quickly.

Reliable, efficient and very professional drivers. Echuca/Moama is very lucky to have such great Taxi service in their town.

Rude response on phone when ordering cab, couldn't give an arrival estimate unlike every other cab company I've dealt with. Suggest finding alternative mode of transport.

Booked a cab well in advance off a set time, no cab to be seen for more than 50 minutes after booked time.
