Terrible customer service over the phone with Sophie- Was very rude.when i gave a feedback about not being rude she couldn't care less if she lost a customer or not. Never calling them again.

Recently ordered balloons for my son’s birthday. They weren’t ready when we arrived for collection and in place of a greeting, or apology for the wait, I spent 20 minutes listening to the owner complain to his partner about other customers. When I questioned the colour choices of the arrangement, I was told to “go away” and to “have some consideration”. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be considering? ! Followed by the threat of a cancellation of order on party day. I was told “just forget it”. In the end, I left with less than my order, a mediocre (at best) display, and a really bitter and unnecessary exchange. The customer does NOT know best here. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere where they’ll appreciate your business. Truly awful service and attitude. Certainly won’t be back!

The one stop shop for balloons! They do a great job everytime. They were nice enough to deliver the balloons at Montibello down the road and set them up for us. Thank you very much.

I called and asked for glitter today and the lady on the phone was rude and had no idea what I meant when asking for glitter! Rude, I decided not to go in because of the poor customer service over the phone. She got fustrated with me because she didn't know what glitter was.

I found my overall experience with Echo very positive - easy to order what I wanted over the phone and the balloon quality was very good. They also had a good range of party supplies in store. Great to have a shop like this in the local area. Thanks:)

Echo were amazing to deal with, lovely customer service, they delivered the balloons to a restaurant near by. 3 days later they are all still afloat! Highly recommend

I have to say I am extremely disappointed with Echo balloons! I’ve been a customer for one off balloons many times and they have been great so I thought they’d be perfect for an event! Needless to say they were terrible to deal with. Five out of the six arrangements I paid for, came wrong! When I approached them after the event they responded with “no dice” and that I simply didn’t like what they chose. Correct, I didn’t, because it wasn’t what I paid for!

Best place to get or your party decerations. Balloons last.for ages and are very affordable. Customer service is always a.top priority.

Gary and Angela always go above and beyond to assist. Great service, great products and great range. Look no further for your balloon and party needs.

Beautiful balloon arrangements and extremely fair pricing. Their pricing came in much cheaper than online balloon delivery services (cheaper by roughly $30-$40 per arrangement). Gary and Angela were both very pleasant during my dealings with them, will definitely return.

Frustrating experience with echo party hire. Contacted them to arrange balloons for my grandsons 5th birthday due to c Ovid. Was told they would call back as they were busy. Never had a return call even though I called them back over several days. Very disappointed in such difficult times

We discovered Echo balloons during Melbourne's COVID lockdown and we had to pull something together to make our kids' birthdays a bit brighter. We could not be happier with the service provided, the quality of product and the value for money that we received through this business. Would definitely recommend.

Echo helped me with my balloons for my daughters surprise 21st birthday. They gave me Great same day service and advice. They were very friendly. Thanks again!

I absolutely love this little shop. The staff members are always very warm and friendly, every visit to their shop is a pleasure, I always leave with a smile and a beautiful balloon or two! Last one I bought was filled with glitter confetti, it lasted for days and it made everyone in the house filled with a festive spirit. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been happy customers for over 10yrs. Angela & Gary are excellent people always providing top service with a smile. Echo is part of the heart of Montmorency.

Did work experience here and Gary and Angela are great people, every now and then I see their van around and say hi!

I had my birthday party last night, and had some glitter confetti balloons, and foil set of numbers and a giant flamingo all delivered on time!
Everyone commented on how cool they looked, and I love how big they are!
