This store is well stocked with both Men's and Women's Ecco shoes. The staff are very helpful and professional. We shopped there a few days ago and Tilda was extremely helpful and patient while I was trying on shoes. We purchased one pair from the store and another direct from the warehouse to be delivered to our home. Great experience.

I am a big fan of Ecco products and my “go to” store is at DFO Moorabbin.
My latest experience involved an “assessment” of shoes I had purchased many years ago, the rubberised soles of which had started to crumble. I wasn’t looking for any financial consideration, merely seeking to have them repaired.
Unfortunately, repairs were not possible due to the compound nature of the soles. However Tilde, the Store Manager, facilitated the assessment and I was offered the opportunity to purchase a new pair at a reduced price even though the warranty had well and truly expired.
I cannot express how appreciative I have been with all the consideration and excellent service Tilde has provided since I have been a customer of Ecco at Moorabbin. She is a living example of what Excellent Customer Service should look like and Ecco is lucky to have her as a valued member of their team.
Thanks in no small part to Tilde and the Ecco management team, I will remain a customer of this leading brand for life!

Couldn’t be happier with the quality. Before getting ecco I was splitting a pair of dress shoes across the front and sole at work every 8 months, a lot of kneeling as a wedding photographer.
Currently own 3 pairs and have been wearing them the last 2 years and the staff were very helpful in educating me on proper care and cleaning.

This was my first time buying "Nice" runners and it was definitely worth it. I was a little worries about leather runners being hot but they're super breathable.

I was receiving fantastic service from Susan when we were interrupted by another lady (Helen/Hailey?) who started criticising how Susan was doing her job. I had no issues with what Susan was doing, in fact I was very happy, and I found the other ladys involvement, if anything, to be quite offensive. She is not the kind of person that should be working in retail in my opinion and if she wishes to continue doing so, needs to receive a lot of training before being allowed back into a store. Susan dealt with the situation in a very calm and professional manner and should be commended for her demeanour in what must have been quite a belittling experience. Well done Susan. To the other lady - find a new job!

For those shoppers concerned about buying from sustainable outlets I recommend buying Ecco. Do ask to see the pledge statement Ecco subscribes to as it is a good blue print by which other clothing stores could and should embrace. Shoe styles vary greatly but I chose a gym sneaker style and wasn't disappointed. Sizes appeared to be readily available and service excellent. Take your time and choose with care. Prices are reasonable and being a DFO bargains are to found. However some stock will still cost so ask questions to avoid disappointment.

Rachel was extremely helpful I am not easy to fit, so after many different shoes, she suggested a men's shoe for my wide feet. The store was busy, but nothing was a problem to her. I am very happy with the shoes that she suggested, she even re laced them for me as I was having trouble with the leather laces. Would definitely recommend them

After 3 1/2 hrs our boys shoes broken! I have posted photos of the shoes. After a sales pitch about the shoes being real leather and how the company supplier top name brand on dashing hand bags.
