This 5 star is for customer service, the lady who works in Ecco DFO south wharf helped me in giving the right suggestion while I was confused with style and size, was very patient with me instead of just trying to sell off any shoe. I bought two shoes and I was very happy with the shoe designs and specially the customer service. Her name is Suzanne and she brings value to the store.

This place is amazing with great customer service. The stock person with the same name as me is very informative and good customer service. Thank.you Chris

Walked in around 11.00am Thursday morning. Intention was to spend $$$ for 2 men. Not any acknowledgement from 2 staff members at all. I counted 7 people walk in look around and walk out again! Just no service at all! The Ecco should I was wearing didn’t even garner any acknowledgement - lol. Such a shame as Ecco is great product. I’ll buy my Ecco shoes somewhere else - so should you! This store does not deserve any custom.

Professional staff who know their stock and range of shoes. Very attentive and professional. Good quality shoes at reasonable prices.

Amazing service. We showed up just a few minutes before closing time and needed to buy a pair of shoes urgently. The lovely lady named Olivia was very friendly, helpful, and patient. We'll definitely visit again.

I bought a pair shoe last week unfortunately one leg is 40 and another is 41 I’m thousands miles away now I don’t know what should I do?

We came a couple of weeks ago. Due to size constraints it took a long time to find shoes that I liked that were also available, but we probably wouldn't have got anything if the lady who helped us (Olivia I think) hadn't been so kind and patient. It was also clear she really liked the brand which was nice. In the end it was a good experience and we left with two pairs of shoes

I didn't find what I was looking for, but I just gotta say that the pregnant lady (I forgot to ask for her name) working in the store was absolutely amazing- extremely helpful (without being pushy), very knowledgeable and super friendly. You made my day!:)

Had a most pleasant 5-star shopping adventure at Ecco today. Kudos to Valerie who is simply awesome. Patiently shared her impressive product knowledge. Not pushy at all. Must have tried at least 8 pairs of shoes from my initial choice of sneakers and flats to Valerie's recommendations of heels and sneakers! Eventually walked away with 2 pairs. Many Thanks, Valerie!

Wow, just simply wow! Now that was a excellent and rare retail experience. My wife and I would like to thank Ray, for our his and hers shoes the other day, and more so for the delightful conversation, professionalism and patience with us. We are now officially ECCO fans and will make sure to visit Ray at South Wharf for our shoes from now on.

Very helpful and cheery sales assistants and excellent quality shoes that are really comfortable.

They had one pair of shoes I was after, but not the other. They called other stores and found what I wanted in my size and organised for it to be shipped to my house for free. Very impressed.
