Very helpful friendly staff were happy to take the shoes I had purchased and swap for next size up - arranged for them to be posted to my home, with no fuss. Great experience.

If you are a woman.cheers.
Over 65 and like me havingtrouble with your tootsies
Due to foolish high heels, platforms etc. In wild and glam.
Youth! Go for it. Expensive but
I assure your feet are worth every cent for COMFORT.
These shoes also look attractive
So forget the granny idea of
Comfort versus beauty.you
Can have both. Discover!

Excellent quality products combined with personalise service.
The Brighton store is boutique in appearance, although small it has an excellent range of Ecco’s Products. I’ve had many pleasurable experiences shopping there.

I’ve been a big fan of ECCO shoes but a recent experience with the leather on a pair of 5 month old shoes splitting open at the heel/achilles area has led me to question the quality of their leather and/or design. To their credit the shop did replace them (although requiring a surprising amount of hassling) but head office commented that they “didn’t accept liability”. I was glad to get replacement shoes (in a different style) but to try and suggest there was no liability on a barely used pair if shoes was pretty incredible. I’m careful with my shoes and have many pairs aged between 5-10 years old and have never had leather splitting apart. I’m a lot less inclined to try my luck again.
