After discussing my career plan with Yilia in detail, I signed up for the internship-to-permanent-guaranteed offer program.ecare improved my resume a lot and gave me a lot of ideas and suggestions during interviews. I will say you don’t have to pay for an unpaid intern. They make money from people like us: no PR and confidence, but what they can offer are not worth the price…I don’t know other people, but the company I went was not good at all. They don’t actually need much staff, so they don’t have much thing for you to do. When it comes to the end, they will PUA you like you are not proactive enough so you don’t learn much and do enough billable work. Ecare won’t tell you everything. They PUA you as well like they offer valuable intern opportunities in big companies, even though you are educated and experienced you should pay for this. The truth is the company is even smaller than my previous employer. So my opinion is that if you really want this, take it slow, communicate thoroughly before paying, make assumptions about the outcome, be picky with the company selection (you are the one to choose, not them! As you are paying for being an intern), quit immediately if the company is not right. For me, I will just say I pay for my personality weakness. I have some experiences, but my visa is expiring, I want to find a bigger company for employer sponsor…No idea why I passed several assessments and went to a company like this for intern…pretending local company culture but pushing staff kind of spiritual…so don’t be blinded by good feedback from other people, they may have some good companies, but Ecare won’t care which one you go…you need to take care of yourself all the time

**4 months ago, I contacted them and wanna to get a job in engineering field after I graduated. So then I paid then $2500 just for an opportunity to work in a local firm. But to be honest, that company isn't actually hiring any graduates but just to let them come to work for free, which is what we called " free labors".

**It is all depend on yourself basically, if you don't want to learn, nobody cares, no one will helps you unless you ask, and no one in the company cares what you are doing.

**The reason i gave them 3 stars is because they actually can help you to find a local company to work for, but after that, you are on your own.
Ecare saying that they have 68% people landed a job after the internship.

**THAT IS THE MOST FUNNY THING I HAVE EVER HEARD!

**Don't ever believe that, is a false advertisement. If let me take a guess, probably 20% or lower.

**when i was working at that company, many of Chinese they got recommended by Ecare and of course, charged by Ecare as well, to have an "opportunity" to work in the real workplace. But eventually, no one can get an employment after the internship, including me. So is that 68%? I just let your guys think about it.

**Finally, now I got a job I wanted and I am happy right now. Not because of this agency but because i work hard enough to get an interview opportunity by myself.

**If any graduates are looking at this comment before you want to pay for your internship, I suggest you think about it really carefully. Pretty much you can just apply at any companies and do the work for free for them, and they will appreciate your contribution, and you can save $2500.

**Just believe in yourself, to be honest, no one can actually helps you in the real world like this, not even this recruitment agency, unless you are rich.
