David is a liar and a thief who deserved to go out of business. You owe me a $200 insert that I paid you for and you lied to me time and time again, saying you would bring it yo my home … and now horn tell me you never even placed the order. I have to pay for it again to make the expensive Kensington table I bought from you usable.

So helpful! I called the lady on a Friday explaining I had stuffed up and didn't have enough ribbon for my wedding the following week and she got it shipped straight away for me and I received it on the Monday! Cannot recommend enough! Really appreciate the help

Fantastic service and plenty of hard to find things. When I ordered something that was out of stock, they rang me to offer substitutes, and when I didn't get that message and emailed later to ask about my order, they explained and upgraded me to express post to ensure I got my items even though it was my own fault I'd missed it. It's lovely to find a reliable and speedy sewing store, especially during Melbourne's stage 4 restrictions. I'm a fan:)

Still waiting for my delivery, not happy, it doesnt take a week from vic to sydney i checked through Aust post, wont ever use this company again, they take for ever to put orders through and to post it
