Great repair have a S10+ screen was fading and took it to this repair shop today. Took a close look at it quoted me the price and was repaired in less than 3 hours. Also sold me a better phone case as my old Samsung one was completely wrecked. Thank you for your help and quick and professional work on my phone I will be coming back for repairs if I need them done.

Replaced my IPhone's swollen battery in 20 minutes very cheaply. Also bought a power brick recharger for 40% less than a place like JB HiFi.

Shout out to the young dude who solve my problem with passion and profession. Actually I was coming to Bunnings which locats beside this store to buy a precision screwdriver to fix my camera stabilizer, but unluckily it was closed due to covid-19. Then I came by this phone repair store and asked if he could help with a precision screwdriver. After trying the Phillips screwdriver, it still doesn't work. But luckily the young mate is so sharp at those digital things and fixed my gimble within minutes. Really nice work

**in response to your reply, I came in in the week following the protector being put on and was told to come back when the guy was working. Every time I came in, it was the same women who wasn't willing to help me when I came in the first time. You keep saying it was too long a ago but I came in straight after and was fobbed off. I can now see you do that to avoid replacing it when it was NEVER put on properly. I've learnt my lesson and I just want others to know not to listen when you try push out the time so they have to pay for a replacement

Had my phone screen replaced and a uv screen protector fitted back in March. Screen is fine but the protectnever put on properly, had air bubbles underneath and was lifting at the sides. I went back in to get it sorted only to be told by the woman to come back when the man was working.

Everytime I went back, she was there and I eventually had to ask again only to be told to come back.

Finally walked past today to see a guy there, who turns out still couldn't do anything but offer me a half price replacement because I didn't come in sooner. This was after he took the protector off leaving me with no cover on a $450 replacement screen. Not happy at all and now run the risk of getting a scratch before I can find someone who can do it properly

I went to the store in The Links South Oakleigh. I received great service from Wing and Dominic gave me terrific advise and explained the cost - I smashed the screen on my brand new Huawei top of the range phone. The cost was very much cheaper than other places and they assured me they only used genuine parts as replacement.the phone was ready the next day and I am very happy. Kevin who was at the store that day was also very helpful in helping me to choose a new case and screen cover to avoid the problem again. All round a very happy customer. Highly recommend this crowd.:)

My iPhone 7S was broken, and I brought it to Apple Service Centre. They quote very high price for fixing and told me better to trade it with the new one instead. Then my colleague refer me to EB Mobile and Repair - went there, got very clear and concise explanation on what is the problem, how they are going to fix it, and within 3 working days, my iPhone is working again - without burning my pocket.

If you have problems with your mobile / tablet, try to contact this shop.
Come early in the morning (it opens at 9.30am) so you will have enough time to discuss - the shop is quite busy in the afternoon (info from my colleague).

Super fast turnaround. Replaced my Ipad air 1 LCD & Glass in a few hours and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

Easy to find, right near the train station.
The service was not great though.
My partner took a phone in to have it fixed and they said they were able to, we had not heard anything in almost two weeks so called them up and then they said sorry we just couldn't fix it but didn't bother to let us know.
It was the same with another phone we had dropped in at the same time waiting for a cheaper option of a refurbished screen, they said it would take about a week but again had not let us know that they were unable to get the part and we had to wait all that time for nothing. The prices are very good though
