Staff are really helpful. Large selection of games, gaming accessories, and gifts, which is great, but makes the floorspace quite crowded in this small store.

Stuff EB games and the way there are helping the scalpers! Save your money and buy digital software, no need for EB anymore!

Since changing manager the store is much nicer and I'm happy to go in rather than go to another EB just don't have much stock really should move to a bigger store location.

Very poor customer service supplied wrong item won't take responsibility and fix their stuff up

The store member I had, his name was Jordan and he helped me very much, finding sizes for my partner for clothing which was Star Wars related, he went above and beyond, chatting to me as he measured himself up and asked about what height and such my partner was and it made the experience so much easier and he was very friendly and welcoming as well.

I remember going down there as a kid and getting my first second and third ds. If your into gaming and want stuff that isn't to high in price this is the place to go!

Quick and helpful experience. Never shopped here before, however needed something to get us through all this quarantine with all the COVID-19 restrictions!

Only a small EB Games but they seem to have everything you could need and more, definitely better stocked than a lot of the larger city stores. Service is super friendly and fast, there's rarely a queue and the store is never overcrowded.

Dangerous place to take your young gamer into if you are just tyre kicking! These people like what they do, so get them talking and it's like talking to a surfer about Bell's Beach!

Great friendly staff, good stock and products I would highly recommend. I have made many purchases from here and don't regret it.

Friendly service. Regular pricing can be a but high, but great when they have Sales (which is often)

Gamers paradise, I got my PS2 in 2002 from Eb in morwell, I got my PS3 from warragul eb in 2011, and i had to go to pakenham when the black Friday sale was on in November last year coz warragul sold out on the PS4 Pro.

Always great service, have everything I want and everything arrives on time. Had a faulty item that wasn't there fault, but they were extremely good with me, and allowed me to get a new item with store credit.

What an improvement! That cranky child hating woman doesn't seem to be there anymore (I hope). First time I have been back to EB Warragul in a couple of years and the staff were lovely to me and all the roaming children who can't help but touch all the cool stuff.

Remember people, if you don't like children.

Don't work in a video game store.

Great staff! Good and friendly and up for a chat about games. Get some Staff there that just don't care about anything somedays. Had a few problems with preorders, had to wait a week or two long to get the game and so times they don't have the game I want to buy in there.

Staff here are great but When I went in there was some bogan complaining about nintendo Switch controllers because his kids had lost one or broken one or something. Made me very uncomfortable. 1 Star

Staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable for an ebgames. It is however a smaller store which can mean limited stock at times.
