Ever since this store has opened iv always been lucky enough to be attended by staff who knew exactly what product I was searching for and who knew how to help and understand my everyday gaming frustration too good

Friendliest staff. Always very helpful and knw what theyre talking about unlike other Eb stores. Tarneit and Point cook are the Eb games to recommend

Last year there was a rude lady there, went today 2/11/21 and again another rude lady. Sophie is her name. I'd rather werribee plaza store where the workers care for their customers.

This has to be the best Eb Games I’ve shopped at and according to my account I have shopped at 20+ stores last I checked. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. They go above and beyond each and every time even whilst it was “Click and Collect” only they made the shopping experience incredible. Games are so easy to find on the shelf and the store always looks so well presented and there is room to move around comfortably. Well Done Team.

This store always surprises me. I know EB Games is a chain store that they all have the same training etc but you always feel like your important at this store. The store is always neat and tidy, the staff are friendly knowledgeable and don't push things on you that you wouldn't normally get.they always have what you want or get it in as fast as possible for you

I always go to this store If I need to buy or trade video games, the staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help. The store always have the items I need so every time I shop there I am very satisfied.

In have put a deposit for PS5 console on september 2019 and since then I have not received any update on the order. I know they is short of supply. I don't understand why did they take the money for pre order if they did were not sure when the supply is coming. I have be following up with them many times and they still cant give me any update on my order. All the say is will call you once ready. Don't take people's money if you not sure when your getting the order.

Once I arrived I tried calling the number provided and it was engaged, I could see the lady on the phone threw the locked doors, it looked as if she was having a good old chat to one of her friends, after she had noticed I was looking right at her she then hid behind the computer, service should be better

Store is always clean, Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Always having a good chat with staff in store while picking up and doing trade ins!

Tried to pre-order the new xbox. Website constantly crashing.
If you knew you were doing a launch you would think youd have your website at 100% for that sort of traffic.
Then to hear each store only had 2 units to sell? Pointless.
Id rather pay extra and get one from telstra. At least they have it sorted.

Sophie is fabulous! She provided great advice about the Nintendo Switch given I am not a gamer. Made the whole purchase super easy!

This eb games is at the most convenient location - no fighting for a car park at the plaza! Store is a little small but always has what I am after in stock or easy to do a preorder. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable.

This EB Game store is spot on, a wide variety of games, consoles and headphones to suit all your needs.

Staff are super friendly, willing to give you their time and valued opinion to steer you in the right direction.

I have just experienced the worse customer service possible. I was sold an item now 3 times being faulty which in my eyes is not good enough. This is just the base of my issue, I was told by the manager that I could only replace for same unit or bad luck this I am afraid didn't sit well with me. Yet another person stating to be manager told they will be happy to place on gift card so when I want to use the money I can, I was happy with that. Going back into the store I was told they were not the manager and with attitude told I wasn't told that and they are the manager and will tell me what will happen in this circumstance. I have then left the item and now eb are 200 dollars up so well done. Great thing is I have called twice for a resolution and told I couldn't talk to a superior this will now be add addressed through the consumer law and that authority thanks eb you have lost another customer

Some ginger chick banned me because of too many trades. For a company that's based on trading It's a disgrace. Will never shop at Eb games again.

Pathetic customer service. Neither they guaranteed that a pc control would work with Mac not assured of return if doesn’t work. And the other staff does not know where the toilets in the shopping centre and said he doesn’t go to toilet (in the centre)

Love this store staff are amazing. Very friendly and game recommendations are always on point. Never met such friendly staff in my life.

Store is great, good deals but one of the staff name (Steph) is so rude they don't know how to talk. They don't answer properly. I hope Eb games look into this and do something about it. I feel bad for the shop cause i will make sure that all my gamer friends know this so that they don't go to that shop until that particular staff if there. If the management wants to verity my claim please check the footage at 5: 30 pm on 03.01.2019. You can clearly see how see deals with me.

An excellent addition to this new shopping centre. I used to spend so much time at the Pacific Werribee store buying things for my kids, but always spent so much time waiting in their long line! This store is much quieter and great if you need to ask the staff questions too.
