Outstanding customer service from Andrew and Lachlan. They are super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. 10/10 would come again.

Would like to see a wider range of products, especially with the Christmas shopping happening soon.

Perplexing experience attempting to price match a game here. Needs to be a watertight policy detailing what can/cant be done. (Tbf a company thing)

They won't price match a store literally a stones throw away yet Brimbank EB are a lot more understanding and flexible with their price matching.

Don't understand the inconsistentcy, it's not like the employee serving you loses out or gains anything when a price match happens. Poor form which, when compared to EBs general prices, doesn't help fostering repeat business.

Ended up getting JB HiFi in the same centre to price match!

Not one of my Favourite EB Stores, I think being in Sunshine they could do alot better, the potential is there.
All in all, it does what an EB Games should do so can't complain too much.
Staff have always been lovely and helpful.
Still a staple for me when I'm nearby.

Service was very friendly and the person that I interacted with was passionate about console gaming.

She is definitely an asset to EB Games.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the girl who worked on Sunday 30.10.2022. Would give 5 stars if they have better price/deals.

Been going here for over 15 years and the staff they hire have always been friendly and helpful.
Most if not all have been knowledgeable and if they are stuck on finding something out, they will call someone or look it up.
After all it is an ebgames, haven't met a rude staff in any eb store.

Staff member Eugenia provided excellent customer service and exercised careful discretion in relation to a difficult customer scenario, better service than from many luxury goods boutiques etc. Manager can rest assured he can leave E in charge indefinitely. Five stars

Andrew and Alexa are amazing they deserve a better pay and higher job but don't move them from the sunshine store just give them the sunshine store. So informative and knowledgeable on all platforms. Keep up the great work guys. I literally only walk in if I see one of them 2 amazing beings behind the counter

I've been to this store a few times and the staff here are awesome. They're super helpful, polite and friendly. They're always offering help and advice. They also appear to love their jobs, and their happy to help everytime in there. Great staff!

Could have more options when purchasing whatever it might be, as a very low income makes it hard to purchase or orders are out of the question

Great customer service but products are limited. Have to place some order online, can't get them from the store.

Always friendly staff every time I've been here, everyone's always up for a chat and you don't feel like the cashier doesn't want to be there
