EB Games Sale

Great service with a smile. At first.

Ps5 Controller battery died within warranty. Replaced after issues finding several old accounts and the receipt.

4 weeks later new controller dies. Apparently it doesn't need to survive 12 months (it does).

Price of ps5 controllers also went up.

Wouldn't pricematch next town over (15 minute drive).

Told to ring head office for ps5 replacement. Made it so hard easier to just ditch it.

Purchased a xbox contoller and strike pack mod today, was told in store i could remap the bumpers to the strike pack, after i discovered that you cannot do this ebgames sale, took return on the strike pack, but would not return the contoller, their reasons were is "has been opened", then "it's not fit for resale", nothing was damaged broken dirtied, they sold me the 2 items 2 do 1 job then when they can't only return 1, really dissatisfied all round, photos of a contoll they claim is not for for sale attached.
Literally wasn't even out of the store for an hour

Terrible customer service, spent over 1/2hr in store, actually went in twice and not once did either the of the guys ask if I needed assistance, or even make eye contact. At one stage myself and another customer were asked to move out the way so he could put up a display box! Wanted to buy our first Playstation with all the accessories and games but will now spend my money elsewhere.

Great service and a fantastic variety of goods. Would definitely recommend coming here for all your gaming needs!

I came in today with my partner wanting to get into Pokemon and playing the trading card game with her. Even after Justin and his co worker admitted their limited knowledge of the game itself, they were still a massive help and assisted us with figururing out the best way to start playing and a little about what to look out for if we decided to start collecting.

Maybe one day I'll pop back in and and chat about how our collection is going. If only I didn't live so far, I'd make this my regular EB

Sad little eb store, the plaza is run down and has more bogans than mid valley in morwell, didn't think that was even possible.

Lovely place to shop, the Manager is a absolute pleasure to be served by and always friendly and helpful, highly recommend EB games in Sale.

Customer service is rude and jbhifi is cheaper in every aspect I would rather drive 40ks just to go to jbhifi then go to eb

Eb games is a great little store i find myself wandering around in for hours. Their specials and purchase deals are usually really great value and the staff are so so friendly. Prices on some things are a little high and the store is quite small compared to the others. I love this store.
