EB Games Pakenham

Well organised and tidy store with friendly and helpful staff. Good stock levels on hardware. Great store!

One of the more helpful EB stores went in because I was looking for a particular game which I couldn't find in any store close to me and it was a $12 game so if I wanted it shipped it was gonna be a $30 not really worth it in my eyes. So I asked the staff member there about it and he couldn't be more helpful sorted everything out for me and now I get to enjoy the game without spending $30. Have been for a few reason but will definitely be going back because of this experience.

Been there yesterday exchanged my faulty Xbox one controller just bought from EB Games chadstone. Friendly staff with nice and quick service.

Very helpful staff, helped me get gaming headphones for 1/2 price. Very good deal, much better than his old ones

Could have been a better experience.staff were too busy chatting with each other even though I hovered near them and looked their way a few times for assistance. Store was clean and layout was easy enough to navigate. I have had better experiences so 4/5 it is for now.

Employees are very good at what they do, made my 9 year old son feel very welcome and no question was too much for them

Excellent customer service even when store is busy. Staff know their products and are always very helpful.

Solid range of games, however a slight imbalance in peripherals (full wall of headphones but only a handful of speciality keyboards and mice that I could see). Still definitely worth dropping in though, staff are extremely helpful.

Went in to trade my Xbox and some games and to grab a new headset, Got more than I expected and whole process took no longer than 10 minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful.

These guys are always super lovely and unlike other eb games don't push preorders and disc protection down your throat.

I lost my kid to a conversation about fnaf and other stuff I dont know anything about pakenham and Karingal are the best (IMHO)

Keep your receipts even though they have it in their system.faulty system. Bought a game that cost $59 returned it without an actual receipt as i knew they have a record of it, only to get back $36 as thats what says in their system. Ripped off.

Horrible customer service from the young lady working at about 2: 30pm today. Not impressed and won’t be coming back, lost yourselves a big sale

Went to buy COD Modern warfare. He told me $99. I checked at JBHifi, it was for $79. Ended up buying from JB finally.

Ryan is an absolute legend he deserves a pay raise! Super friendly service and they all obviously know their games.

These people are legends! I had a bad purchase happen to me when I bought what I thought was One game, however was in fact the wrong game (right cover wrong disc). Short story they put in the wrong disc and I didn’t get what I payed for. I didn’t make this discovery till way outside the returns policy window. I went to the store anyway expecting to be told that they couldn’t do anything about it. But they came through! They understood and let me exchange the game for the copy I wanted! I was so happy and thrilled. They all deserve raises, all of them

Was very pleased with the service that I received here! Am just a teensy bit sad that they didn’t have a bathroom! Overall the experience could be improved with an added bathroom! But still, very impressed.

Bought myself a Nintendo Switch. How could it not be a great day? !
Seriously though. Staff we happy to accommodate my needs and even let me trade in a game from the Switch bundle to get discount off the game I actually wanted. Thanks team EB GAMES.

Customer service is spot on. Super friendly staff and its good talking with people who have a great personality. I am referring to the Pakenham store.
