Zoe that works here is a legend. She stayed and helped us move my animal crossing game over to a new switch console even when we didn’t think it would work because there was no saved data! Thank you Zoe!

Thieves and liars! I traded in some old games that I had and wasn’t using to see if I could get any value out of them! All games were in excellent condition, and were three games in total. I was offered $20 for all the games I wasn’t too happy but accepted the offer.gave the staff my games, my ID, was told to tap my card and the transfer would occur within A WEEK! This was 30th of June so well a week and have not received the money or any response from the company as to why I haven’t received my money! This is legitimately thrift and am very very disappointed and demand an explanation of why this has occurred!

I visit here frequently and always have a great customer service experience. I do note that with some things they can be a little pricier than some competitors but they do have a good range.

Very dumb. In the past I've did lay-by at this eb games store at northland I did it for the xbox one x but they won't do it for ps5

The best company to buy your games and gaming extras and the staff in this shop are friendly and helpful.

Quite expensive however we where able to purchase some second hand Nintendo Switch games and cases.

Small place, lovely staff, am fussy with what I play, but has a great variety of games and trinkets for those who do play slot.

Has everything you need for gaming plus all the extras & trade in your old games! The staff are also very knowledgeable

Just before Christmas, I was served by a truly lovely staff member who showed me every Pokemon item in-store as I tried to decide what to buy by sister. I so appreciated their time and effort. Retail is such a hard industry and the effort workers go to, to help customers find the right item really means so much. My sister LOVED her massive Evie plushy (despite being 32 years old, it was her favourite gift this year). Thank you!

I'm not a hard core gamer like some people are, but I do come here and look around to see what's new and any games i might like. I still come here and staff are always helpful.

I used to frequent EB/Zing quite often, I still do, just not as much. I feel that the majority of their products, roughly 60%, are Disney-related. Obviously Disney are the biggest source of entertainment, but it seems like they have the bare minimum of DC-related products which is quite disappointing.

Anna, what a wonderful addition to the Ebgames franchise. Went above and beyond the call of duty. You have single-handedly saved the day and allowed me to buy the pops I wanted.

Great store and very happy and helpful staff. However the wait in line was not great. 20 minutes to get to the front of line wasn't great.

The staff here are superheroes! Despite the constant flow of numerous customers, one of the EB team will always find the time to come and help you out.
