EB Games Midvalley

Standard EB, No complaints witch I suppose is a compliment seeing I've been buying console games from this store for over 13 years.

The other day I had a truly unpleasant experience with Joel's customer service. His attitude was terrible, and he came across as extremely rude throughout our interaction. I found his lack of professionalism and courtesy deeply disappointing. I think at one point I saw him pick his nose and put it on a piece of clothing in the store. Very upset about this experience.

Went instore recently to purchase some products, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Especially that Eric Harrington fellow.

Some dude named Mitchell Ipsen came in and was very rude to the staff about his PSVR or something. How unfortunate smh my head.

Not happy I was lied to about the PSVR being the most up to date. The unit was scratched badly in the lens, They don't want to return just cause. Not good enough for your policys. I'll be in tomorrow for a full refund. The staff judge you on face value, don't care for what you got to say for reasons. I don't need a reason under the 7 day period. This isn't a Karen review, it has to be bad for me to write a review. Being told to come back tomorrow my manager. So many issues, and all my reasons are completely valid for how I feel about this.

One star coz thay did not believe me when I told them my Xbox was a1.6tb thats why I'm giving a one star

Always have the best experience at this store! The staff are super friendly and welcoming and are full of knowledge. They know how to upsell and will go above and beyond to ensure your needs are met.

Where did all the PC games go? What kind of game store doesnt stock an entire platform? Also sometimes they are having a sale and you wouldn't even notice.

This store's an old favourite. The staff here are usually very friendly, and they have a good selection of games and accessories.

Hadn't shopped with these guys in a while but the new faces were just as friendly and helpful as always.
Only thing I can find to complain about is the fact that the website doesn't seem to accurately represent what's available in store. I purchased a couple of peripherals online due to them being unavailable in store, then visited the store the next day only to find them on the shelf.

Asked to be notified of any & all information relating to the release of the new Playstaion 5 & the X Box Series X. To this moment in time no help, no notifications. Not a thing. Why did you take my details if you weren't going to do anything? 1st time, the very FIRST time since console were released by Playstaion & X Box I'm going to miss a 1st edition console. Absolute shame EB games. The last time you make me the fool. No more of my money will be spent in your STORES anywhere.

Made a pre order months ago and they ordered my copy for the wrong platform and have wait another week for my special edition copy of THPS 1+2 because the staff can't do their job properly. I purposely go to EB for their exclusive loot/editions of games but I may have to go elsewhere in the future if they can't improve.

Not enough room to move around. Small PC offering. They are also terrible on returns. I do not shop at Midvalley EB any more after spending thousands there. I bought a refurbished phone from them, which was glitchy and was refused a replacement/ fix after the sales assistant asked what I assume (hope) was the manager. I will only buy the odd $10 used game there now.

The shop is tiny and gets packed fast, but the customer service I've had at this store is nothing short of superb every single time

Went in today to trade some old equipment. Hot a good deal and it helped me pay off a laybuy:) - great service again. Thanks guys.

Like most EB Games Stores, friendly gamer staff. Seem to love their jobs and keen to help out. Recommended. This is the store in usually visit.
