EB Games Chadstone

I needed to return a play station game that was purchased as a gift for Xmas. We have been away since then and now apparently I’m out side of the eb return policy. How ridiculous! I can only trade the game for a lesser value which is not good enough. I have a receipt and the game is in its packaging and in perfect condition. I explained this to the ‘manager’ who still wouldn’t help me despite me explaining I have been away. I won’t be returning, poor customer service and plenty of other stores that retail similar products with a more reasonable return’s policy.

They had everything you would go in here for, prices are the same, service was slightly better.

Bought a switch from here yesterday, as someone that knows nothing about them, the staff, especially the team leader, were very helpful and made it a great experience. Thank you

It's not the best EB Games if you have a choice I'd reccomend a different one but if you are unfortunately in Chadstone then come here

The staff were amazing. I had ordered the game online, and I went in to grab it while i was there. It was a bit of a hassle, but that was my fault. He cleared it up fore me. I highly recommend the store

Selling used games as new (with new prices) and claiming they're the last display case in the shop, but then once you leave they take out another, disingenuous scammers.

A few days ago I had attempted to purchase an MA15+ rated game, Nier Automata. I was turned down very rudely by the store clerk saying I need to carry an identification to prove my age. This was infuriating to me who has bought R rated games without the need to show identification. I am dissatisfied with how I was treated. Do better. I am sorry for the people who have been mistreated as such.

Picked up my PS5 this morning (29/4/2022) and had a great experience. I dealt with a lovely young lady. She was super helpful, friendly and smiling from the moment I walked in. A very rare occurrence in retail. Appreciate the excellent service. Thank you

Like most EB games, pretty difficult to manoeuvre around as they don't really put the stands in good locations, prices are like other stores, the staff are sometimes friendly but there are times when one customer wasn't friendly to them so they take it out on the next one.

It was an incredibly busy day, but Mia (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong!) was absolutely lovely and helped me pick an awesome Christmas gift for my brother. She was super patient and friendly, and I 100% recommend this store to anyone after quality gifts, games and customer service? ! Thanks again, you really made my day.

Bought a couple of games and controller at Chadstone store, staff very helpful and price matched a game to save me a trip to JB

Pre ordered a PS5, was called once and no message left. The only way I found out they'd "given my pre order to someone else" was through a friend who told me that EB was taking pre orders again. They held onto my deposit for 3 months, cancelled my order based off 1 phone call, lied on the phone that they attempted to contact me multiple times. Only when I called them 3 months later did they offer to re-add me to the pre order que.
Completely apathetic in the store, considering my $200 deposit. There was no effort via emails or voicemail to deliver the product. Go somewhere else

Scammers and liars at this store!

DO NOT pre-order anything at the Chadstone store particularly if it's a highly sort after item!
They will cancel your order and lie that they left a message. Supposedly the message " got lost".
You will not be informed your item got cancelled.
Absolute joke of a store with pathetic employees that simply don't care!

Go anywhere else. At least you will get decent customer service from knowledgable people who don't lie and value their customers.
