Worst experience from staff lady with tattoos she is racist behaviour the way she start conversation with natives with smile and with the me she is serious and giving rude answers asap sound comes from my mouth. Lot of toxicity came out of store and going to highpoint one. Teach them some maturity shift times 17th Feb afternoon

My 3 year old son was lost at the shopping centre and gravitated toward the Pokémon at EB Games. The staff took such great care of him and kept him calm and entertained until I got there. I didn’t catch all of their names but the blonde girl with tattoos and glasses was so lovely, my son didn’t even want to leave! Thankyou so much again.

I have been coming to this EB any time I go to a store in Melbourne, and recently moved around the corner from Brimbank Shopping Centre. Even if this store was not my local I would go back any day any time, in the past I have called for recommendations on a new headset or other accessories and been met with nothing but kindness and a genuine WANT to help the customer. But I picked up my PS5 yesterday and for whatever reason kept being met with an issue in what we assume was the graphics card. I made a phone call to the store and Jesse answered and listened to the issues I had been facing, he understood my frustration with the situation, and was so nice to me that all of my anger subsided, just from a small feeling of feeling like I was actually being listened too. He put aside the last stock they had of the console for me and replaced the faulty console, and by all appearances he stayed back half an hour after his shift to do this. In nearly 12 years of experience in retail, sales and hospitality, I have never seen customer service this great. So I would just like to sincerely thank all the team at EB games Brimbank for always making everyone feel included and welcome, but most of all an incredibly massive thank you to Jesse, he went above and beyond to make sure I got a working console and wouldn't have to wait another 6 months for another stock supply to come through.

Erin you are the absolute best! Erin stayed behind after hours to give me a chance to pick up my click and collect, as there was traffic on the way back from deer park. She was lovely and genuine on the phone. Really appreciate it!

The staff are amazing and The manager, Rebecca! Is incredible at her job. She’s informative, helpful, respectful and goes above and beyond for her customers, Eb games is lucky to have her on the team. Don’t believe disgusting comments, for sure these are just entitled people, because after a reading a few 100% they’re false, anyone can exaggerate a story with nobody was around to say that it happened. If you don’t want to believe me, Go in store and see for yourself! She’ll take care all of your gaming/pop culture needs! Incredible work ethic Rebecca! Definitely a role model! Well done.

Absolutely disgusted in a workers behaviour! Her name is Rebecca. She yelled at my 4 year old for walking less then a meter at the front of the store with a sonic ps4 game to show me, she flipped it at her so bad she Made my daughter cry.and argued with me till security came! She needs to definitely be fired from customer service.

Rebecca at EB games is a very informative manager who knows a lot about the products she is selling. She provides exceptional customer service you can definitely tell she loves her job. Any disgusting comments targeted at Rebecca are 100% false. The people writing the comments obviously don’t work is customer service themselves, they are rude and arrogant. Rebecca is one of the most dedicated workers I’ve ever seen it when it comes to her job. She’s incredibly informative, superbly helpful and goes above and beyond to deliver the best customer service with all the information you can need.

Horrible Horrible service! I bought a 200 dollar wireless headset from them, went home put it on charge and when I went to take it out the whole thing busted! The same day i went back to the store and they would not replace it! Blamed us saying it was our physical damage! Terrible customer service! I'm on disability and just wasted 200 dollars on a product that was faulty!

The store feels a little empty compared to its counterparts in locations like Wangaratta, Werribee, and the city, but all in all a fairly standard experience.

Friendly staff and much less people crowding so it is easier to browse and buy games. Preorders here are a no-brainer:) Quick and easy service at these store.

Bought a ps4 from them, since i didn't have a clue about the which games to choose, coz i lived under a rock for sometime. But they did walk me through some games really well

The store is noticable smaller than the other store located in big mall however the staffs are really nice and helpful

Offer great deals, always have BIY GREAT SALES! Userly at Easter and Christmas they have some games from 50% - 80% off. They have a good selections of pop vinlys, very friendly staff. Also, if you have any game tech brocken EXAMPLE: controller, PS4, xbox ECT they repair them for you for a inexpensive price, once they repaired my brocken PS4 controller for $15. Bargen. I recommend coming to this EB games.

They have the best advisor on Sunday shift. For a year or more I am going at that time. Always getting nice tips as about games. Didn't overspend and got my favourite games
