Two guys working this morning absolutely no customer service skills what so ever! Thanks eb games to the lovely man who actually helped me with my purchase even though you were alone and so busy! Brought the same product from Eb and was treated with respect there! Definitely recommend eb games rather than zing if your looking for actual help on a gift.

Don’t buy my games here anymore, just too expensive, buy my ps5 games at JB HI-FI, 20 to 35 dollars less for a game

Have always loved this place unfortunately had a pretty bad experience today with their price matching over a product I have price matched multiple times was quite disappointed with the customer service.

The team at zing Watergardens have been absolutely amazing! They not only have they been patient and helpful with my pre-orders in the store, but even more patient and helpful with setting up my pre-orders online. Sorry for being a pain, but I will never shop anywhere else again.

On Saturday 3/12/22 around 2: 00 at the ZING only store (not EB/zing), the crew of 4/5 (in particularly one lady with dark hair) went above and beyond to find some assorted Yu-Gi-Oh plushies that the computer said they had in store. As they were ‘assorted’ and not specifically marked (for whatever reason) they were mixed in with multiple boxes of Pokémon plushies and it took quite some effort as the Yu-Gi-Oh ones were small and at the bottom. I’m very grateful for the effort they all put in to help me and I can’t praise them enough!

Popped in Sunday afternoon, pretty busy due to Balck Friday sales.
Very helpful sales staff. Lovely lady with colourful hair at counter, very approachable easy to talk to.

Travis and Shannon from Watergardens EB games have always been doing an amazing job every time I visit the store. They are both very knowledgeable and always going above and beyond to help me find what I need! My grandson wanted to spend some of his birthday money here. The staff were terrific. Good advice given in a friendly way even though they were busy.

Good EB, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Good stock available being a bigger & more popular store. Normal caveats apply though; they're full RRP unless price-matching so it's only my go to for special editions etc.

3 weeks ago I dropped my Xbox one x to repair for $149. I came back today to collect and was surprised it went up to $159 without notice. It’s only $10 so here is a 1 star for no communication:)

The girls serving made an absolute meal of their price match "policy". Yet, they prepared my selected title for me to finalise as if I was going to pay the higher price anyway. A clear sales tactic it seems. I can't believe they would let a customer leave empty handed and very disappointed. Won't shop at this store again, you can count on it.

Wanted to purchase Links awakening and Pokémon Arceus. Both these games sell for $69 or less for a new unused version EVERYWHERE. $69 at Big W and JB Hifi. Guy tried to sell me Links Awakening PREOWNED for $74 and Arceus for $79. Told him they were cheaper everywhere else. He didn’t care. I went to Big W and got what I needed at the RRP. Attempting to sell a preowned game more expensive than the market value for a new game is insulting and selling a new game $10 more is ridiculous. Will never return to eb games. Absolute rip off merchants.

Excellent service from Matt who personally called to tell me that even though the item I had ordered online showed in stock on the website it actually isn't in stock. He then called around numerous other stores trying to source an item that was evidently in short supply. He then called me back that same afternoon to tell me the item had arrived and I could come in to collect it. I later learned he had driven to Altona to collect it for me!

Sheridan was very lovely and helpful, probably one of the better EB staff I've ever been served by in any EB store. She was a pleasure to deal with. A+

EB Games is like a second home honestly. Love the staff there! All a bunch of fun nerds that are a joy to chat with!

We popped in to get a particular pretender game and to spend a Watergardens voucher that was received for Christmas. The CD was there so we promptly tried to find the cover to no avail. It was however cover and all available at other end stores. Well we had a Watergardens voucher oh what to do. Their excellent service let them exchanging that voucher for me to be able to collect a copy at a different store that I was going to be near later that day! Lovely service highly recommended.

Customer service is pretty poor. Didn't return my greeting. Didn't smile. Didn't return my 'have a good day' at the end. Seems like I managed to be a nuisance even though all I did was pick up an online order.
