EB Games

I arrived with only 2 mins before closing today and the lovely gentleman there assembled my click and collect order for me right then and there only 30 mins after I made the order.

Top ebgames store. Current staff and management are friendly and helpful, I can recommend. Ratings can be changed later if it differs.

Staff are all very nice, love shopping in this shop. Even shop keeper is really nice but not recommend to order pop vinyl from EB, so many year been collecting pop, never get any chase from EB on line order (have order like over 20 in last 2 month still have nothing), highly recommend to order from popculture, hit a chase every 6 to 8 order.

Traded in my Nintendo console with Nathan together with the manager (Erin). Both of them are very nice and answered many of my questions. Although Nathan was new to learn about processing trade in items, he constantly apologised for the longer time I spent in the store. Eric was helpful in teaching Nathan. To me, it is completely okay with both of them being friendly. Usually, it is very difficult to find such nice staff in many other EB Games stores (with my experience so far) but the Richmond store is amazing. Hence, I ended up ordering my next console here as well.

I was helped out and sered by a lovely staff member named Jem. They patiently answered all my questions and made great conversation, there was a level of genuine care that's very rare in a retail environment.

They were incredibly helpful and friendly, and overall made my shopping experience at this EB one of the best I've ever had! Will definitely be coming back!

Nathan was beyond lovely and helpful, doing way more than he had to. Couldn't be more appreciative for his kindness and patience.

I was mistold that I would be able to interchange my Micro Sd card without having to delete any data, now I have lost all the games on my console. It is very annoying.

I had an amazing experience at EB. Great service, knowledge about their products and very friendly staff. Harry knew a lot about the product I was after, and allowed me to try keyboards I was interested in. Fantastic customer service. Unlike Jbhifi, EB games has and always will have the best customer service and knowledge about their products.

Alex was super patient with me being a person new to gaming. I had questions on the different types of Playstations and she helped me every step of the way. Great customer service and hopefully she gets a Raise ;) thanks

Hate this store shocking service. Wanted to get a refund for my RIG Headset that I bought 5 days ago. They just gave me a stupid tutorial on how to fix them. Shocking place don’t ever buy from here.

I have been shopping here for years, they have a good selection of games, consoles and accessories.

There is also a good selection of toys and other merchandise from a wide range of games, which my kids love.

The staff in store are very helpful, and you can order online and pick up in store if you need to.

Excellent value buying some second hand games. The guy behind the counter was very helpful and asked me if I play online because one of the games I was buying was online play only.

Called up to ask if they had an item.
" does it say we have it on the website? " was said to me.
I explained it also says to ring to confirm stock levels.

Male staff, told me he couldn't check cause there was 10 people in queue, and I should just order it and find out if the stock was there.
Pretty rude to be honest.
Went and collected the item 30 mins later, no one in store, except staff.
If you're that busy with customers, don't answer the phone and get snappy with me chump!

In most cases it has been a very good service, at least when it was face to face. With current restrictions they are not exactly helpful with the click and collect and apparently get easily annoyed when someone is asking questions.
Trying to get a refund for an order due to the rude staff, I'll try Jb HiFi.

Great service and really friendly staff a little bit over priced but wat isn't these days and u earn points everytime u buy and trade in. EB also price match if a game is cheaper than there store. Example I saw red dead redemption 2 was $79 at big w but EB were selling the copy for $100 so I got $20 off with points I can't go wrong

I visited the EB Games store in Richmond today and I wanted to recognise Kyle on his excellent customer service which he provided today. I had a very unique and specific request and Kyle was very patient and offered multiple alternatives until I found the perfect fit. Thank you Kyle for going above and beyond.

Bought Mass Effect Andromeda & Final Fantasy 15 from here, although Eb always gets 5 stars, both those games barely get 5 tween em lol

Very rude staff. They don't respect customers at all. They could explain things nicely, but they just stare and still.
