Fantastic store and if your lucky enough to get helped by George or Kate your in good hands. I had an issue with a Xbox controller and went in to try and get this resolved. I had a horrible experience with a temporary manager that was assisting the store and did absolutely nothing to help in any way as well as tried to tell me I didnt know what I was talking about. I lodged a complaint and what followed was an example of why I would give this place 5 starts. George called me the next day and displayed empathy and wanted to make it was resolved so that I left the store happy. He had already sorted out a replacement as well as displayed professionalism to understand what had occurred. I then went in to the store and then met Kate who then also knew what was going on and also displayed amazing empathy and professionalism. They had sorted the issue before I arrived and within 5 minutes I was done and out the door. I couldn't fault anything on how these 2 staff went above and beyond while a suposed manager that is supposed to assist thought it to be easier to argue every point and not help out the customer. Massive thanks to both George and Kate. Definitely recommend this store and they really help.

Dishonest store. I bought a New PS5 recently and 2 months ago in late September I went to buy some games from them. Little did I know what was Wrong with the game disk I bought which was a resale. After I completed the game now, I discovered I cannot access any extra Downloadable DLC content in the game and found out this game was licensed in America and for Distribution in America only. No wonder. The Extra DLC content is restricted to the region where the game is licensed. I dunno why a Retail Game store in Australia is allowed to sell a game that is not licensed in Australia for Distribution in Australia. It's ridiculous tbh. It also goes against the rules of Sony Playstation because it emphasizes not to RESALE or put games for RENTAL. These people are literally breaking the Terms and Agreement with Sony Playstation.

Absolutely appalling service, staff are completely uneducated around their return and exchange policies.

Had a great experience with George today, he was very helpful when I was looking for a new controller and was very patient with me aswell as understanding how to lead his team at eb games once again really appreciate your help George your a legend

Very bad experience. I called up EB Games Doncaster spoke with some guy. He said he would order me Resident Evil Revelations 1+2 for the PS4. He took all my contact details and I was never contacted about when the games would arrive from the warehouse.

Go Inside this morning and the girl says we have no Copies Or no Notes or anything about why they would have these games order to there store. Not Mad just Disapointed.

I went in store to buy headphones to connect to my Xbox. Spoke to someone that worked there and they suggested a set of headphones that would hundred percent connect to my Xbox. I got home and they would not connect after trying multiple different ways. I found out that those specific headphones do not connect to Xbox. Went back in the store to return them, and they notified me that they do not accept opened returns, even though it is their fault, I’m having to return the item.

A very popular and most up to date store with all the latest games and apparels and accessories.
They've also got great service as well.

Don’t ever use same day delivery…less you want to pay for something you don’t actually get that day…it was terrible service. When I rang and spoke to delivery company asking where the delivery was (as I order it 9-10hours prior online by this stage) they told me the driver was 30 mins away from the shop to pickup, only issue the shop shut nearly 1 hour prior…then the driver was MIA company said the number for the driver was disabled so they couldn’t contact them…WOW super painful! Sort yourself out before you offer a service to the public.

New store is awesome. Huge store, great range, staff are helpful and in a great spot on the corner outside Big W!

I went to get some gift cards (roblox) when i got home i redeemed them and they didn't work so i went to the store again and they said that they could not refund me and to call the help line and i already did and they said they could not refund me either DONT BUT GIFT CARDS THERE

Very understaffed! The guys who work there are amazing but you need more staff! The person who served me was extremely helpful, but nearly 15 minute wait!

A good size store, but no longer sell PC games. They have a good range of console games and t shirts.

Says collect and collect 10am to 4pm. I'm outside waiting at and there's a staff behind the counter still packing. Been waiting for over 10mins just to get serve and collect my order. I'm still waiting now.terrible service and totally ignored.

You have to call a number to get served.

Worst customer service and sarcastic staff. It has been quite some time that I have been enquiring about the PS5 availability. The staff don't seem to know when there will be stock or how they can help me and the conversations each time last less than 30 seconds before they make me feel they just want me out. On the positive, their selection of games are not bad.

Way too overpriced, for example Animal Crossing the game costs $74 preowned at eb games but at JB hi Fi it's $69 for a brand new one

Our go-to place to purchase switch games and collectibles. Got three of my Harry Potter Mugs here and all my Harry Potter Pops.

This place is great it doesn't take forever to buy a gift card unlike JB-HIFI they don’t scan the item and most of the time I end up empty handed with a refund, but overall great service.

Service is good its just not as personal as some other stores. Understandable being a shopping center store. Usually well stocked though.

Some of the second hand games are more expensive than buying the same brand new game elsewhere.

I was served by Isabella, who was honestly the nicest person I’ve ever met! She very kindly helped me pick out a new gaming headset, and had a really wonderful chat whilst doing so!
