Located on the upper floor near the food court. Store is a bit bigger than the usual stores.

Staff are knowledgeable however price matching can be a pain depending on who you get.

Had issues price matching a few games as the location wasn’t within a few kms of the store. Terms and conditions don’t state it but staff make it hard to match.

Recommended to go to another store instead to price match unless they store has the item you want.

Always a great experience at EB games The Glen, Miguel was friendly and amazingly helpful. So happy they had Pikmin 4 in store on launch day when JB hifi preorders failed me and didn’t arrive on time. Thanks again Miguel!

Compared to other EB games stores this eb games store, who is also my local, has the BEST customer service and friendliest staff. Thank you so much for all your help every single time guys. You rock!

Staff members are very attentive and very positive. Good customer service. Kids are very happy with their purchase.

One of the only places in the area that has a good range of Console / Computer games. Actually I don't think they have PC games any more.
The one drawback to being a console gamer and actually liking to buy your games on a disk that you can hold in your hands, is that they are EXPENSIVE.

Games in Australia are expensive anyway. Even trading in games they don't give you much at all for them and they resell them for near new prices anyway.

I guess that's how they keep the lights on and pay their employees, so we can't really fault them too much for that.

I still like going in to a store and browsing games some times so I appreciate the selection they have.

PS4, PS5, XBOX Series S & X, XBOX ONE and NINTENDO SWITCH games are all available and they have all the new games as well as the popular titles that you might want to pick up.

Also one of the great things about stores like EB Games is that they sell all of the other things that are gaming adjacent.
Which makes browsing around all the better if you are looking for gift ideas or little knick-knacks to put on your PC gaming / office desk.

Great store, staff are very friendly and always helpful. I live in Knox and we have an EB store near home & comparing the EB store between Knox and The Glen, The Glen wins it for me their level of service really is appreciated and staff approach you for any assistance. It's my go to store for gaming needs.

I also work in the centre in retail and I would never do this to someone. Now I'll never get those pop vinyls I was so excited to have and paid a deposit for.

Sold my pre ordered items, and the ones that I could get were on the floor instead of out the back. Really sucks since I can't get most of the items anymore.

Went here for click and collect. Somehow I had selected the wrong store. The guy at the Glen was so amazingly helpful got the game organised and payment to be transferred.

Not a bad little store which carries a pretty good variety of games and misc for the kids and adults. Staff here are always very nice and helpful. As usual, their prices like all other EB Games are on the higher scale but that's up to individuals to shop around (in most cases Big W and JB HI FI are cheaper). Rating is based on store, range and service provided. At the end of the day, recommend a visit.

This store is my local, but in general EB Games always provides a pleasant experience. Easy to preorder goods online & pick up conveniently even during covid. Some items are a tad more expensive than other online stores, but when it comes to preorders, it's pretty safe ordering through these guys.

I was looking for a very specific playstation accessory that was out of stock at another store. I arrived just as they were about to close but the lovely store assistant, Taylar, was kind enough to quickly serve us when she didnt have to. Bless
