Hi, I was in Eb games Highpoint on the 11/05/23 where I was met with absolutely disgusting customer service. My friend and I walked into the store with a shopping cart and heard one of the two employees say “oh sure come in, take the cart with you” we let that slide and continued looking where a worker asked if we needed any help which we replied “just browsing” and then he walked back to the register and mocked us to his colleague; they said “oh just having a browse” and continued to laugh at us and stare us down. This is childish, petty and absolutely immature behaviour. I honestly felt like I was back in high school after this, absolutely ridiculous.

I dealt with Bree today about purchasing a headset for my Series X, she was really helpful, friendly and informative.

Effient ordered online and was ready very quick. Arrived at store for pickup lady was polite, courteous, and quick I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

Friendly staff. Asked couple of questions on trade ins, online pre order and next available stock.

Low stock of everything with useless rubbish that masquerades as collectibles. Not worth going in there anymore

Took my 5 year old to EBGames to purchase a new Nintendo switch game. The staff member that served us was so engaging with her, asking her about her favourite games, the characters and got her really excited. While she loves her new game, she still talks about the nice shop assistant who talked to her about Paw Patrol and Mario Kart. Thanks for the great customer service, it made her day?

The male employee working behind the counter ~8: 00PM on 11/11/21 was rude and made my experience in the store uncomfortable. Workers need to be more accommodating and friendly.

Went to the store today. Nathan was an absolute legend, great customer service.

Storm on the other hand, please remind them that she is dealing with products, and everything should be handled with care. I noticed she was mishandling discs and throwing them carelessly, otherwise I would given a full 5 stars.

Got the run around here. Bought a pre-owned console which didn't work, bought a playstation gift card that took over 2 days to get ONLINE.

Shop is good for stock and staff are helpful. Most annoying and disjointed store placement in the centre, would recommend moving

I don't usually leave reviews, however I was so impressed with Joel's level of service, he assisted me in securing an item when 2 other stores in this chain were absolutely shocking and didn't want to help. Great example of first rate customer service, cant thank you enough Joel! His staff where great and super friendly as well when I went in!

Took my daughter to grab a Nintendo switch game - the customer service lady was amazing- talking and treating my daughter (even being young) as a customer and speaking with her during the transaction and sale rather than me. Not only is this an awesome level of customer service it also builds confidence in our youth.

Thanks to the lovely staff/fellow sharkies for providing quality service and a lovely chat whilst we were at it. Thank you for your compliments re my BM. ️

I'm not a fan of shopping malls (though Highpoint, sometimes "affectionately" known as Knifepoint, NoPoint or LowPoint is a retail Shangri La compared to Westfield, especially after it's renovation/expansion) but I'll make the trek as staff here helpful & chirpy, some bargains to be had & everyone needs a Snorlax plushy in there life, am I right?

This store performs extremely well under pressure! If you go anywhere else to buy a game during holiday seasons you are purely wasting time.always stocked up! Always happy!

Very friendly staff than it used to be. Lovely lady I spoke to last week and we had a good conversation. The team is very enthusiastic about gaming and I highly recommend coming here. The downside is how pricey some games are, but they regularly have sales, especially during the holidays!

Love this place always has a bargain. Staff are super friendly and are always willing to help. Wish they bought back the mini metal figs.
