Got in contact with Ethan about coming out to our home to give us a quote for our backyard.
Ethan rang back, we booked an approximate time the following day for him to come out and i sent him a text with my address on it.
Ethan didn't turn up, lazy, unprofessional and rude!
No Text or phone call to reschedule our appointment, just left us waiting.
