Uncovery has been and is continuing to be extremely beneficial to my recovery. I've been carefully guided towards a different and more helpful perspective, and have been supported in learning to maintain it. I am learning to encorprate my skills into each day, and am grateful to have a comfortable and safe place to be able to discuss them and work on them where I feel supported.
I love having my very own cheerleader who also helps ground me.

Olivia at Uncovery was instrumental in my recovery. From the beginning, she worked with my treatment team to ensure a consistent and holistic approach was taken.
